I bought this ceramic mug as a Christmas gift for a good friend. I also have this same cup and the bright colors make me smile in the morning at breakfast time. This is a quality item with a nice weight to it and beautiful design. The Pendleton name emits quality and design. It is special and my friend loves it!

These mugs are expensive but have such a high quality and hold such a large quantity, they are worth their cost in terms of daily value and longevity.

Bought 4 of these large mugs for my daughter who has a ranch with horses and Longhorns. She called when they arrived to let me know that even though each one came in their own small packaging, (open on the sides), they were tossed in a large box with hardly any padding, so they got tossed around like a penny in a tin can. I’m surprised any of them survived. Good news, she absolutely loves them and Zappos made it all good by sending her a replacement right away. Whoever packed the original 4 should be trained properly. I owned a gallery for 16 years, and never had an issue with shipping. Such an easy fix to know how to package shipped items; we could all benefit from keeping the costs down.? I live in Tucson, AZ and the gift was sent to my daughter in Bend, OR. anything to any of my clients.
