Very comfortable and well-made. My only complaint is that you really need two hands to put them on - one just to hold the tongue, otherwise it will slip down inside as your foot pushes in.

These are simply the BEST shoes I have purchased. By far. I love the ECCO brand and have been wearing ECCOs for almost ten years now. But I was looking for something a little different for our recent to two week trip to Italy. So I figured I'd give the Terracruise Lite a try. To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. They shattered them. Among cobble stoned city streets, 400 plus staircases to the tops of cathedrals, and strenuous day-longs hikes in Cinque Terre, my fleet experiences constant bliss. No pain. No blisters. No sweating. Just perfection throughout the journey. Better still, they easily accommodated my prescription orthotic inserts. I love these shoes so much that I plan to order two pairs just to have around should ECCO decide in the future to terminate the line.

Once again, Ecco from Zappos is flawless. Perfect fit from the first wearing & unparalleled customer service. I'll be back!

I like the design of these shoes - somewhere in between hiking boots and river sandals. After a long search, I am happy to say that they are the closest things I have yet to find that match the comfortable old Keens I have been nursing along for 11 years. Thanks to the folks at Zappos for their patience and service.

Excellent shoes. I am a foot surgeon and specialist (Podiaitrist). These are some of the best shoes I have ever owned. The fit is perfect and they are comfortable in the gym and on my feet all day!

Great shoes! Bought them before a Euro vacation knowing there would be a lot of hiking around. Nice and light for climbing steps and sturdy for tackling cobblestone.

I bought these shoes for my son. His job requires a lot of standing on his feet and his back pain immediately went away after wearing these shoes for just one day. He says they are working out great for his job.

It is essential to find shoes with the perfect last for your feet. The last is the form used to shape the shoes, and if you find the right one for you, keep buying it. Sadly, neither shoe manufacturers nor shoe salespeople use the term "last" anymore. A few years ago I found the Ecco Mauna Loa water shoe and thought I could wear it forever. Until it was discontinued. A year later along comes the Terracruise Lite. It is essentially the same shoe! Perfect for my feet. Gentle arch support, adequate width, firm cushioning, etc. Perfect shoes for me. Zappos had it in stock and delivered it free in two days with return privileges. I love Zappos!

Excellent shoe, just wanted to note that I usually wear an 11.5 and buying these at a 45 (11-11.5) they are too big to wear. Almost a full inch of space in the toe. But they sure look good.

Almost always love Ecco shoes, and these are great. Love the stretch-cord ties, so easy to get on and off. Very comfortable to wear, fits well. haven't hiked with them yet, but very comfortable for walking around the city.

Very comfortable, supportive and light. Overall lives up to the product description. Not the best to wear when it is really cold out.

Being in retail and on your feet all day, these are great. Makes me feel like I'm walking on air. Also like the fact that my feet do not hurt after work anymore. I would definitely recommend these for someone who is on their feet all of the time and looking for a comfortable pair of shoes.

Great shoe, very comfortable and light for the summer months. My only complaint is that the elastic laces to not last long. Only had mine a few months and they broke.

These shoes are super-comfortable. I recently took them on a four-hour walk and my feet didn't hurt afterwards like they would have with any of my old shoes. I love the "speed laces" which enable you to slip the shoes on and off like loafers. But I am docking a star because one of the laces broke after only three months (and frankly, I don't walk that much, so they don't have much mileage on them). Hopefully, I will be able to get the same kind of lace as a replacement. Also, note that the tops of these shoes are mesh, which is great for breathability in warm, dry weather, but not so great if it's cold or wet outside.

I ordered this in a mens size as I'm a woman and was looking for a bungee cord walking shoe with a grippy rubber sole. This shoe is well-made, true to size and comfortable. The sole, however, is not nearly as grippy, as a regular rubber sole; hence, I'm returning it. I wanted to use this shoe for extensive walking in dry and wet weather.

As with everything I order from anyone, I gave this a fair and honest try. They just do not work for me. I ordered these with another style Ecco. Those had a quality control issue but also hurt top of my feet where the shoe bends. The leather bunched inward and pushed against the top of my feet. There was also something hard and sharp, like a small rock, embedded in the leather at that point. Were they shoes too large? I do not know. So what is wrong with these? They feel too snug, too narrow. I tried wearing them on carpet around the house and simply could not get over the feeling of my feet being in the stomach of an anaconda. Also, what is with the excessive arch support? A properly cared for human foot does not need such extreme arch support. It is bad for the foot. The arch provides a natural cushion. You are not born with arch supports on your feet. They are not needed. I suspect this had something to do with the feeling of tightness. If I had worn these for a couple of normal days of foot traffic I would be in huge pain now. I would sure like to find a sport shoe without all this unnecessary support. I have been a loyal Ecco buyer for years but I am ready to give up. Of the last seven pair of Eccos that I have tried only one pair fit properly. That makes me sad. One thing that I do not like about leaving ratings is the arch support category. Have the people who have set this up not read anything about footwear and the need for arch supports? Apparently not because there is no need for arch supports. Your foot is not supposed to come down on an arch support. That is a sure road to foot problems.
