Zappos says size large is 22 inches & Brixton hats run large. I have a LOT of fedora from various companies, and usually can get a (man's) small if put in a hat sizer (similar to weatherstripping tape), and that does the trick. So, happy to find a size XS - and it's BIG! My head measures 20" and this size XS hat (on the outside because I had trouble measuring the inside), measures 23". In a XS!!! Not sure if it's mis-marked but it's loose. I love the heather green color (was looking for a green fedora), so I may put in a piece of sizing (between the hatband & inside), if I can't find a more suitable sized green hat. For the price - it should have a lining (but without one it may stay on my head better). Nice sorta-floppy brim, so it's not quite what I would call a true fedora. Deciding whether or not to keep it right now.....hmmmm.

I really wanted to like this hat but unfortunately it just stuck up a little too high on my head. Size was right on and it is a cute style. Brim is not too wide which is a plus. I got the Olive/light brown and it is definitely more Olive than light brown. Very well made and a brand I will continue to buy.

This hat is really cute, but it runs BIG. I have a big head (22 1/2") and when I put the Medium on my head, I could barely see! It's well-made and a light cream/heather color. The brim is floppy for a wool hat.

This hat is beautiful, well made and comfortable. It's not too floppy/not too stiff and the heather green color is lovely...sizing seemed right on. This is my first Brixton hat and it won't be my last. Great purchase!

Love this hat. Works well for guys and girls. It runs a size larger than indicated. The wide (WIDE) brim is unfinished and, when worn, always comes to a unique form. A great hat for summer. Not for everyone, but it rocks.

Love this hat! Got an M and had to return it for an S - it's still a little big; but I'm afraid an XS would not fit. Great customer service.

I love this hat it's very stylish. It can be dressed up or dressed down. My only tiny little issue with it is that it's a bit too cowboyish, but it's not a major concern for me.
