I have shoes that are 4E extra wide. They fit my wide feet perfectly. These boots are much narrower. These crush my pinky toes and outside of my foot.

Very difficult to tie and too narrow. The composite toe cap hurts your toe the second you put them on. I can't even imagine how bad it would hurt after twelve hours. Oweee.

ordered a 12 4E from zappos, and while the labels say extra wide, the shoe is not a true 4e. A true 4e is on the right side.
