When I first got them, I thought I only needed to wear them on the days I work, when I'm on my feet all day. Initially, I didn't feel that they were helping. Then I began to wear them on a daily basis, taking them off at night. After wearing them daily for about two weeks now, I definitely feel some relief from the plantar fasciitis. I've heard some people wear them at night, but I won't because I think they are too tight and will interfere with circulation at night. I would give them about 4.5 stars only because my feet still ache when I'm on them all day, but when I get home after work there has definitely been less pain. I'm even considering ordering a second pair.

Ahhh... relief for my PF on my right foot. I wear this sleeve to office underneath my sock and it gives me great support throughout the day.

Have been looking for Plantar Fasciitis relief for quite awhile, without having to do the exercises I should. This PF Sleeve is the first product that has allowed me function at a nearly normal level - walking one hour a day. Sleeve makes foot very hot and tired by the end of the day, but well worth the cost so far after only a couple of months.

I felt immediate relief from feet that have been in constant pain for several days. My PF has hurt so much that the swelling was beginning to look and feel like it was almost a sprained ankle. I can't completely stay off my feet due to work. I got them in the mail today. Put them on and went to and evening that I was hosting and on my feet the whole time. My feet hurt before I put them on. Now I am home and they do not hurt at all! Wow! I was skeptical but I am a believer now!

These sleeves offer excellent compression for foot/ankle issues. Unlike most users, I bought these not necessarily for plantar fasciitis issues, but rather for post-op recovery from a broken ankle. Traditional knee-high compression wear only aggravated my ankle/foot swelling because I have naturally large calves and narrow ankles. So other products that claim to offer graduated compression offer no compression at my ankles and are too tight at my calves. Then I tried another kind of ankle sleeve, but it had minimal compression at the foot/ankle and then a very tight band at the top of the ankle to hold it up. That immediately caused severe swelling in my ankle. FINALLY, I found this excellent product! The FS6 compression is a wonderful design. These sleeves offer comfortable compression at my arches and around the lower part of my ankle. The bands at either end truly are looser and give a nice transition from the sleeve without binding or cutting off circulation. Wishlist for a future modifications / alternative offerings: It would be great if these came in a neutral color and a heel-less style. That style would work better with sandals or dressier shoes. At the time of this writing, Zappos does not display the correct sizing information for these sleeves. These are sized based on arch circumference, not shoe size. Until Zappos displays the correct size chart, I'd recommend going to the Feetures website to find your correct size and then come back to Zappos to place your order because of their excellent customer service, quick free shipping, and free return shipping if these sleeves aren't as great for you as they are for me.

These help a bit with my plantar fasciitis. I was using them instead of sock in some shoes and I felt like it added some compression/support that help protect my sore heel.

Amazing relief from the first time I put them on for plantar fasciitis pain. I wear them at night and when off from work. If you have PF - buy them!

I was skeptical that a sock could help the plantar fasciitis pain; however, these are amazing! I would pay the price time and time again! They did not cure the problem entirely but they made them pain manageable enough to walk barefoot in the house. I also wear them to bed now that my heels have calmed down whenever I feel it coming on again. These along with supportive shoes have cured my plantar fasciitis. Great buy! I wear a 8.6 womens and purchased the medium. Will definitely be purchasing more feetures socks in the future, love the lasting support!

I would recommend the Feetures PF Sleeve to anyone why dreads walking because of heel pain. I felt immediate relief after putting it on. It puts pressure exactly where it needs to be. I would suggest ordering 2 sleeves since you will not want to be without one at anytime. I hand wash one each day and have the other one ready and waiting. I sleep in it too. Only wish it came in a flesh color too. Looks kind of funny with sandals.

The arches in my feet have been hurting, so staying active has been hard lately. I gave into the fact that I might need a little help while walking and hiking so I ordered these socks. They've been great and really give my feet that extra support they need!

I have arthritis in my ankles and even after a "slow" day my ankles and feet kill me at night. I put the sleeves on and I can feel relief coming. It is like a warm blanket wrapped around my feet. My daughter uses them during the day so her feet don't hurt. I plan on buying another pair to make sure I always have them.

I ordered this pair for my mom after I mine worked as expected for my plantar fasciitis and I gave it to my brother and he loved it as well. I originally got a medium (I am a size 7.5) but the small gave me better compression. Mom is size 8.5 and loves his size mediums. Wish they came in nude color as well.

Heaven! Took away about 75% of my PF pain when wearing. I wear all night & most of the day. MUCH less morning heel pain too.

PF Sleeves have proven to be quite effective. Surgery has been delayed while wearing these sleeves. It replaces the night sling quite often. Although they become uncomfortable after several hours of sleeping and need to be removed. The sling does the same. I also wear during the day making it easier to walk. I constantly use a special orthotic and wear a Merrell Shoe. The three allow me to walk pain free in spite of bone spurs on both heels. All three products were purchased from Zappos.

My husband wears a size 14 shoe and has Plantar Fasciitis. The sock fit him but it did not hold his foot at a 90 degree angle. He didn't wear them very long, instead we bought a boot. It wasn't worth the price.

I didn't find these at all effective in relieving the pain of plantar fasciitis. I had hoped that when I wore them at night, they would flex my foot somewhat like a night boot does, but this did not happen at all. I appreciated their comfort when I wore them during the day, but that's a lot of money to pay for what felt like a nice pair of (toeless) support socks.
