Takes a while to break in this shoe. Had to wear band aides for the first week. Consider trying the wide even if you don't normally wear a wide.

I've worn these shoes three times, hoping to break them in. They rub on the back of my ankle as the heel slips up and down. The toe is snug (not too tight) and the sole is comfortable, but I have to wear Bandaids right where the top part of the back hits my ankle. Disappointing, and I can't return them after wearing a few times. Lesson learned: if they aren't comfortable right out of the box, they go back.

This shoe is cut slightly higher on the sides and brushed too near my ankle area. Good looking but has to go back.

Attractive and well made. The shoes are huge on me - first time with this brand. I consistently wear 12M in Easy Spirit; same size in these shoes = huge. I literally walk right out of them. Cute well made shoes too bad I can't keep them.

Unfortunately the heels didn't really have much padding! Too bad because they are really pretty.

This shoe is a sock eater! Love the look, love the fit, very comfortable and professional look for work with slacks...but walk more than a few steps and your socks start to get pulled down into the shoe. This is very uncomfortable. Before you know it your sock is down around your arch and your heel is bare. I find myself stopping every 10 feet or so to pull my socks up out of my shoes. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased these shoes. I am a 6 1/2 Medium and could not get my feet into these shoes. They were so small on my right foot that I didn't even bother trying the left. In my opinion they are not made properly. I returned them.

Upon receiving them, I thought they looked better than they did online - very cute. I was very excited to try them. Unfortunately, they were not the right shoes for me. I initially wanted them because I was looking for a comfortable flat, something with support. However, the lining that was made to look comfortable flattens out immediately when weight is applied. Plus, the liner in one of the shoes was peeling off the day I received them. Even so, I tried to wear them once on a short shopping trip. They cut up the back of my ankle and after 1.5 hours of shopping, my feet were sore. Two stars because the shoe is visually appealing.

As most women's shoes don't come in a size 10 1/2, I ordered these in a size 11. My foot measures exactly 10 3/4" while standing. The length of this shoe too long for me and the width at the heel is ridiculously wide. I've put 2 heel strips in each shoe as well as a ball-of-foot cushion and they still flop up and down on my feet. It also seems like the heel back is more shallow than usual. The leather looks very nice but is pretty stiff. As they are named Walking Cradles I mistakenly assumed they would be real cushion-y. They have a velour-like interior on the bottom but no extra cushion that I could feel. I didn't feel any arch support, either. Unfortunately, I wore these to an event thinking that the heel cushions would compensate for the over-sizing, but it did not and now I'm stuck with them. Basically wasted a ton of money +tax.

Beautiful shoes, but I can barely get my feet in them. I have a pair of size 8 Walking Cradles sandals which fit perfectly from the moment I took them out of their box and I am terribly disappointed that these pretty new slippers are too tight & narrow.

Very nice looking shoe but way too small. When I put them on I thought they must have sent me the wrong size. So tight in every way. I'm sending them back and not going to get a bigger size because I just don't trust it. Also did not have as much arch support as I expected. Very Disappointed.
