Great lunch box. However, within a month's use of everyday school, the lining on the inside by the clip ripped. Now there's a hole. Definitely disappointing for its expensive price for a lunch box. Of course, Zappos delivered great service, when we called if we could return it. They sent a brand new lunch box in plum crazy without requiring us to send the torn one back. It made it to our house 2 days after calling.

Very pretty but not great quality when considering price. Seem to just be paying for Vera Bradley name. I returned this because after about a month, the piece of material that holds the bottom half of the plastic clasp began to tear. It won't hold a bigger square container, won't even hold two small ones because you have to stack one on top the other, and you can't get the top closed due to the flap lid causing the narrowing at top. I guess if you just pack a sandwich, apple, and bottle of water every day, it would be fine, but not if you tend to take leftovers in containers! Not sure that the lining was insulated either, just plastic. On the upside, very pretty and I like the plastic type material on outside that you could just wipe clean once dirty.

After three days at school, the handle tore loose on one side.

I bought this for my mother who needed a place to store her toothbrush, paste and cosmetics. I was looking for a case that was portable, had a washable interior, did not have a zipper and was well made and attractive. This Vera Lunch Sack is fitting the bill nicely. The inside is quite roomy so all my mother's essentials fit in easily, plus the squarish construction enables the sack to sit upright on the sink. With the white interior, it is also easy to see the contents inside. Ideally I would have liked the sack to be wider than tall but it was made as a lunch bag, after all. I am very satisfied with the way that it works for this alternate purpose.

I loved this lunch box. It fit everything into it perfectly! I often pack a pretty heavy lunch so this got the job done! I really love this lunchbox and I hope you get one of these one day! My grandaughter wanted a Vera Bradley backpack. I ordered one from Zappos and decided it was too small so I sent it back and ordered a larger one. I received the larger one and found out that her school requires that they all use the same backpack so I had to send it back and order the lunch bag. She loves the lunch bag and I love Zappos! The ease of returning items and the speed in which they came was awesome. I live in a small town and I don't have easy access to shopping so I am thrilled with shopping online!
