I really liked these boots with a great passion, but I was disappointed when trying them on, and seeing how tight they were.... This was my first time buying UGGS ever!!! Dont get me wrong these boots are amazing and comfy, but I wish they came in half sizes.

I love the shoes, but I exchanged them for a smaller size and they are too small.I wish UGG carried half sizes. Other than size UGG shoes always last a few winters for me with good care.

I'm a size eight and with the thickness of the lambs fur my mid Uggs seem a little snug. By including half sizes it should make for a better fit. This was my third Uggs purchase. I have a black short Uggs and one of your fist long Uggs boot also in black. I stll wear both.

My Daughter loved these boots.

This, a green pair of the classic mini, was my first pair of the classic UGG boots. Very comfortable. However, I like them more for casual walking or even just as house shoes. I walk at least a mile to and from the metro every day. My feet feel heavier in these UGGs and I'm constantly bumping into things or tripping because I'm not used to wearing wide shoes/boots. Two weeks before I bought these, I bought the Elsa Waterproof Uggs because I needed comfy shoes on rainy days. I LOVE my Elsa boots and wear them more to and from work than my classic Uggs. I still like my classic Uggs but I prefer the Elsa for everyday, outdoor use.

My daughter is a 6' athlete who wears size 14 shoe. She was so appreciative to finally be able to wear a pair of Ugg boots in her size as they were not available for so long when all her peers were enjoying them. Thank you for taking the consideration of producing extended sizes! This was a real confidence booster in my teen's life and as a mother I will be eternally grateful.

Great delivery and service.

Overall I love those shoes, I just wish they were true to the size. They advise you to order size smaller since they stretch, and that is what i did, but they are still a little bit too big.

I love these boots once I was able to get my feet in them the opening is very narrow. Maybe my instep is too high. Idk but it was a fight.

I wear them regularly, very comfortable.

I love ugg classic mini. I have them in brown and know I bought them in chest nut. The only negative aspect is that when they are new they are a bit difficult ti fit. But once they gain some wears they fit just fine.

Used these boots almost every day in the winter, but was upset that my first pair ripped apart at the seam of the suede and the sole of the shoe. I did get into contact with customer service at Ugg Australia though, and they were happy to send me another pair :)

So cute, love the comfort style! But the shoe is not very comfortable because the sole is not thick enough not or supportive enough, or bouncy. Especially after a full day of walk, the feet hurts so badly due to lack of support from the sole. With this major short come, the shoe should only receive three star, but I loved the style, so adorable!

I wear these all of the midwest winter season.

Initially a little hard to pull on ...one boot is harder than the other- getting better as I continue to use them.

Great for snow and cold!

Just what I expected

We recently bought a pair for my daughter which had the seams split in less than 4 months. The store where we purchased in Camarillo declined to replace them so we shipped them back for warranty replacement with clear instructions to replace them with the same item. However, we received back the wrong item in return. We had to send these back for again for replacement during which time my daughter left for college and now we have to arrange for delivery in another town. My wife and daughters all like the boots very much but the service could be better. I wish we could have replaced them in the store where we could be sure to get the same item and not deal with shipping times and charges. Would save you money too. Thanks

Warm and comfy

Defect in back seam right boot. Had to return for replacement pair. UGG Australia provided return postage receipt within minutes via email. Still waiting, since, 1/14/2014, for replacement, Men's Mini Classic, chestnut, size 10

Love how they feel

This is a second pair we love them just stiff when putting them on for the first few times.

I got this in purple and it was so cute! The only bad thing about it was that it was a bit hard to put my heel in but the lady said that it would be easier to put on after I break them in... all in all I was satisfied. This is my second pair of Uggs! c:
