The inside fur feels uncomfortable around my toes. The boot itself is huge; like Lerch Feet. The outside of boot.

I can't give an accurate review for a pair of boots that I couldn't get my feet into. As soon as they were delivered, I took them out of the box, unbuckled them, and couldn't put them on. My foot could not get inside the boots. I cuffed down the knit part and the opening inside of the boot was so small that my foot couldn't fit inside. My feet are sized 11. I own several pair of UGG size 10 boots comfortably because they tend to run a full size larger. I even put a thin plastic bag on my foot to try to slip them on to no result. Why would they even manufacture a size 10 boot if they weren't meant for larger size feet? Im terribly disappointed because I saw myself wearing this boot for the fall season, and they look so cute with skinny jeans. I had to return them today. If there are any size 10 success stories with this boot, please post your experience and tell me how you managed to but them on let alone wear them.

I was extremely disappointed I could not get my foot into this boot. I have a pretty small slender foot, but I was literally hurting my ankle trying to get my heel into this boot. Big Disappointment to have to return.

I really wanted to love these boots, but after wearing them twice, I hate them. Started with a size 9, which was too small (I wear a 9.5) so after a quick exchange I got the 10. Wore them twice and they feel HUGE on me now. Plus, I thought the option of wearing them "hi or lo" by adjusting the belt would be cool, but it doesn't work. The weight of the belt makes them sag and look weird. Bummed.

Be aware if you have a wide foot, the shaft narrows greatly as it goes into the boot and I was unable for my foot to make the bend into the actual bottom of the boot. Really cute! Next size would have only made the foot of the boot longer.

I sometimes wear short boots with leg warmers; so when I saw these I thought they would be perfect. Already the look I sometimes create. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! These boots inside feel true to size, but looking at them from the outside look HUGE...ENORMOUS! The leg warmer part is VERY loose, doesn't fit snug to the leg AT ALL and unless you have skinny legs, you CANNOT wear the leg warmer pulled up! If you have skinny legs, the leg warmer part will probably fall down because it's that loose! RETURNING and purchasing the Short UGG, which I've owned before and know that I love, love love! Can't wait to get them in the sand color, had Chestnut before. :) Zappos was so GREAT, AWESOME, FANTASTIC with the exchange, return process! Thanks Zappos you're the BEST!
