They are so comfortable and of course so cute. I wear an 8 1/2 got the 9 and they fit just fine. I've bought 5 pairs of Uggs this winter season. Why did I wait so long to try them? Love them!

I love, love, love these boots!!! Since getting them, it has been very cold and snowy where I live and I have lived in these boots. Uggs are the most cozy and warm boots that I have ever owned. Don't fool yourself, if you are looking for a warm, stylish and reliable pair of boots, look no further. There are imitations out there but nothing surpasses the quality of Uggs!

Ordered these for my daughter who is 13; she absolutely loved them. Placed order on Wednesday and had them on Friday - unbelievable service from Zappos!

Really cute. I should've read the reviews before buying them. Even there is a recommendation that they run large and if mid size, to size down, I found them to be true to size and actually running a bit small. I got size 6 for my daughter who is 6.5, but they wee too small. Zappos immediately sent me size 7 which fit just fine. Great customer service as always.

This is an extremely user friendly website. Everything from my initial search to my final payment was so fast and easy. I got free shipping too! I live in Michigan and Zappos saved Christmas. I ordered December 23 late afternoon and it took about 24 hours to arrive. The boots are fantastic, they look just like the pictures. I love these! They are great. The bows surprisingly don't flop that much at all. When I'm done wearing them sometimes, I will put a sock in the bottom so they don't bend. I suggest to do this right when you start to see a few bend marks in them. Overall, this is a great product.

I love these shoes. I am still unsure about the sizing as I did not size down as advised by Zappos and followed the reviewers that said, with thick socks I am sure that I will be ok and regardless, my feet will be quite warm and stylish with these on!

I thought that these boots were just a waste of money when I bought these for my daughter, who is 15. But, I accidentally got a size bigger, and I didn't want them to go to waste, so she let me use them until her feet grew a bit. I never walked in anything more comfortable than these boots. They had wonderful arch support, very soft, and just basically supported my ankles. I'm buying another pair for my daughter so I can keep the ones that are "mine"!

Purchased these for my 15 year old...these are her favorite Uggs.. Great color and the bows are adorable. Zappos kills it every time with next day delivery.

Just received these sangria Uggs and they are beautiful! I wear a size 7 in regular shoe and I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfect, nice and snug! This style, the Bailey bow is the best style if you want a nice cozy snug fit, where the boots don't feel loose inside! I love them! Shoe is extremely cute and comfortable. Access to the boot is not a problem and in 1 month of steady wear, I have not noticed any folding over of the top that has been mentioned in other reviews. These fit true to my normal shoe size and I wear socks with my Uggs, so may want to go down a size if no socks or in between. I have multiple pairs of Uggs and these do not disappoint.

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. Between the two of us, we have several pairs. Luckily we wear the same size! These are super comfortable and keep your feet warm! We always order one size smaller since they do stretch out a bit.
