Whether you are a first time Ugg buyer or adding to your Ugg collection, these are an awesome choice! I have the grey (which is a beautiful almost charcoal shade of grey), and they go with almost everything. The crystal button gives a great shimmery twist to any look. The small crystals surrounding the Ugg heel label are the most adorable touch...I have NOT had any trouble with them falling off (I've been wearing them for well over a year) but they do include a package of replacement crystals, special glue, and instructions in the event that does happen. Just another way that Ugg goes above and beyond in customer care! These were the 5th pair of Uggs I added to my collection, and even though it's difficult to choose a fave pair (I LOVE all of my Uggs!), these are def up there! They look amazing with leggings, jeans, skirts, midi dresses, etc.! You cannot go wrong with the grey Bailey Bling Uggs!!!

I had the Bailey Button (no bling) for 2 seasons and the whole back of my right boot ripped while pulling them on. I took them to a shoe repair and the man told me the "no quality boot should rip like this did" the shearling was dry rotted and ripped fairly easily. I have worn UGG's for most of my adult life and this is the first time this has happened. I wrote to UGG to complain, but not have had a reply and it has been 14 days. So, it looks like NO MORE UGG's for me EVER!

I really love these shoes but for the price they shouldn't have come damaged. It's too much of a hassle to do a return or exchange. They really are comfortable though. And the one that isn't folded looks great!

I bought these in gray color. They are beautiful and warm. The bling has held up wonderfully and I'm very happy about that. I feel they run true to size. I bought my normal size 7.
