These boots are better than pictured. I seen & tried on in retail store. Now I want 2 colors. I have lots of Ugg leather boots. I can't wear the traditional Ugg. To big, since I wear size 5, smallest ladies size they make I can't size down. These are a perfect fit. Order your normal size, you would wear in upscale boot. If you have athletic calves, probable need to size up. size up. These are classic, classy boots that will keep you looking good & comfortable for many years. Very well made. Thank you Ugg & Zappos for keeping us girls looking good.

I just received my Ugg Darcie boots in the mail and proceeded to do a happy dance for the next 5 minutes! They are absolutely beautiful and look very luxurious. They also fit perfectly. I'm a size 6, ordered a size 6, and they fit! No more struggling with half size guessing. Only thing I will say is that because they fit so well as is, I won't be able to wear a thicker sock with them. That's more than fine though -- the fleece lining at the toe will keep me nice and warm! Thanks Zappos and Ugg! I am in love with my new boots!

Love these boots! I have thin calves and almost every boot I try has a huge gap. These are a great fit around the calf - no gapping! Great style. Expensive, but worth it. Are a little stiff around the toe, but imagine will loosen up with wear.

Love these boots! Look great & are very comfy. After wearing for the first time ordered another pair in a different color. I'm a huge fan.

I love these boots! I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe & bought a 1/2 size larger to accommodate a heavier sock. I put the boots on & spent all day in them. They felt like an old friend. Heel height just right. Love the sheepskin lined foot. I purchased the deep bordeaux color. Goes well with other colors. Just had to let you know how great these boots are.

Without any reviews to go by, I took a huge chance on these boots (Deep Bordeaux) and I'm so glad I did! These boots are so awesome, I returned for the chestnut as well. I have long legs and the boot height, in my opinion is perfect. The heel is high enough to give a lift, but not so high to be uncomfortable during all day wear. I do wish they had the shearling lining but I'm sure that would add extra bulk and detract from the overall slender appearance. They're more on the casual side, but looks nice with a long skirt. Now, if the weather would just cooperate.

Lovely, warm, stylish, and comfy boots for ladies with narrow calves and sorta narrow feet. I'm wearing these in 25-40F weather in Boston and haven't felt a chill in my toes yet. My minor gripe is that the look is a bit more "weathered" than I personally prefer, but I still love these boots!

I received my pair today and have walked in them all day and felt great! They have a darker color than the photo shows (chestnut) but I still like them. They are really well made and I appreciate the fact that the adjustable calf opening folds underneath the other flap so it doesn't crumble and look weird on my very skinny legs. I have looked for months for narrow calf sized boots and these fit great with just enough room for jeans or thicker leggings. I give these boots only four stars because at the end of the day when I took them off I noticed they left a trail of crumbled leather on my jeans. The crumbs came off the leather lining of the zipper. I hope this issue goes away soon or I will return them.

This is a nice boot, but it is too casual for my needs. Also for such a casual boot from Ugg, I expect my sheepskin. Not dressy enough for work, not warm enough for play. Also, I have the earlier Ugg version of this boot - or its facsimile that I still think is cuter and has a light sheepskin lining throughout that I think I'll take to the cobbler. I am a big fan of Ugg and of Zappos, but this boot didn't work for me. It would be great if you are looking for a nice, comfortable casual boot to wear with jeans, or if your office is casual. My daughter thought they were adorable.

Love this boot! Great looking and nice heel height. I have average calf width, and felt they were a little tight with jeans tucked in. I really like the distressed leather. I ordered them in black and hope they will come out with a dark chocolate brown next season!

Okay, I am now loving these boots. When I opened the box, I was skeptical despite having read tons of great reviews. I got them in black, because I needed to replace my previous everyday black boots, that I have worn into the ground. The black leather on these is kind of weird in texture, it's sort of mottled/sort of with tiny hairline cracks. It almost looks sueded. But it's not. It's supposed to be that way. I guess I had expected a smooth leather. But the only smoothness on these is at the heel and at the toe. I went back to the site, and took a REALLY close look at the photo and you can just make out that the leather is textured in this manner. I've grown used to it now, and accepted it as "character" and style. Overall, these are super-comfortable. The heel height is nice, just enough height; the inch or so heel, gives them a little more elegance than a perfectly flat boot. The buckle detailing is a nice touch too. THey are just really handsome and really comfy, and are my new everyday black boot. I think the other colors are sold out in my size, so at least I don't have to agonize over whether I need them in other colors cuz they are kind of spendy. Also, fyi, I am a size 8 and ordered the 8/38. In the past when I've ordered Ugg classic boots and slippers, I've ordered down to a size 7, per the recommendation of site/store I was buying from -- and that a has worked out. But for these boots, Based on the reviews, it sounded like I should order my normal shoe size, which I did: size 8/size38, and they fit perfectly!

These boots are expensive but I am keeping them as they are beautiful, fit perfectly and are snug around the calf and ankle. I ordered my regular size and they were comfortable right out of the box. They are expensive and i want them to last so I attempted to find a good product to apply before wearing them outside. I wanted something to weather and stain proof them. I contacted Zappos via their live chat and they recommended the Ugg Sheepskin Cleaner. Since these boots are leather with suede straps and the only sheepskin was located inside the foot, this probably wasn't the product I was looking for. I did find a repellant called Kiwi Camp Dry Heavy Duty Water REpellent Spray on Amazon. I tried it and am happy to say it works great.

These boots are beautiful. The leather quality is great. The fit was also great. They seemed to run true to size for boots. I also think that the calf and ankle width is a better fit for people with thin to average legs. I have skinny legs even though they are muscular from sports and I think these looked OK even though they were a little big around the calves. Also, I didn't get the heel lift I have in other boots. The chestnut color is more tan than they look online. I was hoping for a lighter shade. The foot bed liner is very soft but it doesn't feel that soft underneath and I do not feel any arch support. However, they are quite comfortable right out of the box and I definitely recommend that you try them. They seemed pretty warm just from the try on. I am always looking for the perfect boot since I use them when I travel and can only bring one pair.

These are gorgeous boots and I love that you can adjust them to fit smaller calves. However, they are all suede, not shiny leather with suede straps as it appears in the picture. I'm returning them because I don't like the matte finish, and I'm not a fan of suede.

These boots are so comfortable. I usually wear a 9 but the were a little tight so I went with the 10. Highly recommend!
