This is a nice-looking shoe. It was narrow, as others mentioned, but it was also shorter than I had expected. No amount of stretching would have lengthened the overall shoe so I sent it back.

These are a great neutral pump! I can't do super high heels, so these a perfect. Comfortable out of the box and great for work.

My comfort review might change over time as the shoe stretches, but initially the shoe is a bit tight in the front portion at the widest part of the leather. Height was good, and loved the gold detail in the back.

I adore this shoe! It's comfortable enough for long days at work on through to happy hour! It has a sleek and polished look that goes with everything. The heel height is perfect - just an excellent overall shoe that has become a favorite for me!

Having leather lining and soft suede leather makes these shoes much more comfortable than its less expensive competitors (e.g. Nine West) but they ran a bit too large for me.

Surprisingly comfy. And very cute. Just the right amount of height on the heel to make it sassy yet still professional. I have only two minor complaints. The toe is a little too pointed. Also, in the picture online, Cinnabar looks bright red but in real life it is dark burgundy.

Comfortable shoes, even with this shoe's pointed toe my toes aren't squished. Fit is good and my feet are on the narrow side of medium.

Lovely shoe. They are cut very low & have great toe cleavage. The cut was too low for me making it uncomfortable wearing. No wider sizes available. I am returning them.

The blue has a metallic thread running through it, which was not obvious to me from the photo. I was looking for something more conservative. Theses are more appropriate fir the evening, a dance or a wedding.

The shoes felt very comfortable upon try on and I debated about keeping them due to the comfort however, I returned them as either I was sent the wrong shoe, or it just doesn't appear as advertised. The advertised version is more tan, with a slight shine, with an almost patent leather look. The shoe I received was a pale nude, matte leather. In the end, it just wasn't the shoe that I wanted.

It was ok didn’t fit as well as my others, but what really concerned me is they weren’t packed like all the other shoes that I have purchased from Zappos. They were in a box no tissue no plastic bags like the black I purchased. I feel they may have been a return product. I kept them because I needed them for an event, but kind of disappointed.

An attractive shoe but felt tight on my feet and I do not have exceptionally wide feet. I am immediately returning them. Life is too short for tight shoes

Comfortable but didn't love the color. May be better for fair skin but looked too peachy against my olive skin.

Where was the flex? The style was beautiful but they were so uncomfortable me. I got a 1/2 size larger & still my toes were crammed & there was plenty of opportunity for blisters. Sending them back, sadly.

The shoes looked great but pinched too much across the top of my foot, espeically the one with the bunion. And, it would have been great it the toe box was deeper to hide the bunion instead of making it stand out.

These are just as sexy and stylish as they look at first glance. I am normally a narrow 11, but these were too tight and that’s as far as they go. If I could order a 11.5, or a 11 in Wide, I bet they would be perfect. I love toe cleavage, kitten heels, sleek patent leather. If anyone knows where I can find a pair “just like this” but a little wider in the ball of the foot, Oh boy, I’d get them.

A bit uncomfortable, but very stylish

pretty shape and style of the shoe but the photos make them look much more silver than they are in person. Mostly white with a little bit of silver and I was looking for more silver in the shoe, sending back for that. Would be a pretty shoe for a wedding.

I ordered two pairs of the nude pump, an 8.5 for me and an 8.0 for my daughter. My daughter opened hers first and tried them on. They were about 1/2 size too big for her, and she didn't like the fact that it was cut a little low at the toe. I liked the cut of the shoe, but the nude color is really more of a light brown/tan and not nude. I didn't even try them on, because this is not the color I need. Sad to send both pairs back.

I'm a size 5 but I went one size larger to accommodate a thin insole, plus it's pointy so I usually order a larger size to prevent squishing of toes. It felt true to size when wearing it without the insole, but when I put my insole in (it was one of those washable terrycloth ones, so it wasn't that thick) - the top part of the shoe dug into my toes so badly my little toe was red by the end of the day, so for me it definitely did not have ample room for a comfort insole out at the front. It does give you a fair amount of toe cleavage too, for those people who are conscious about those. Heel height was actually not bad and overall style was nice, but I have had pumps that were more comfortable. I can't return it anymore so I will have to donate it, a bit disappointed. :(

This is truly a beautiful shoe in person (black patent). The design is classic, and the lines are exquisite. It looks much more expensive than it is. Plus, the heel height is perfect for those of us looking for a graceful shoe that isn't a stiletto. Sadly, the toe box isn't quite wide enough for me, which is unusual. I normally wear a normal width in any shoe, but I do have pinky toes that have both been broken and are therefore slightly bigger than normal. The toe box pinched those pinky toes immediately when I put these beautiful pumps on my feet. I'm so sad to return them!

Got these for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. Since I was wearing a long dress, I didn't want to have a high heel so my feet would hurt by the end all of the wedding activities. Even though the kitten heel is a little grandma-ish I went with it. The shoe isn't super comfortable and I ended up get some blister on the side of my feet by the end of the night. About sizing: I'm pretty much a 7.5 all around and this fit pretty true, maybe with a hair too big. But not enough to go another size down.

Ordered this in Gold. It was a lot more metallic than the pale gold that was reflected in the photos. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful classic pump with a nice low heel. Unfortunately, it pinched my pinky toes quite a bit, so I had to return. The length seemed fine, but wish the width was a tad bit wider.

These are beautiful shoes, however, the toe box is very low and I really don't like my toes showing. So, I'm returning them.
