Lighter than a Martian Fart and reasonably comfortable. I inserted a Gel-Insole for extra crash padding; the insoles are a tad thin. Great shoe overall, only odd quirk is the extra long Gene Simmons tongue.

Always have a hard time finding a good fit for my slightly wide foot. NB is the most reliable for fit. This was the ticket for me. Very light and comfortable.

I've bought a lot of NB shoes in my time and I would have to say this is hands-down the worst pair I've ever purchased. I bought them for use on a local trail. Liked the looks and was anxious to use them. I've used them now about 5 times and there is just no cushioning at all. It feels like I'm wearing nothing. The pads of my feet are so sore after each use I really can't use them anymore. Big disappointment.

I have been wearing New Balance trail sneakers for years, since my foot surgeon suggested they are the best, by far, for support. These continue that tradition, but they are so light it feels a bit off when you first put them on. Most of the trail sneakers I've had are a little heavy, not problematic, but heavy. Not these.

My favorite shoes for my off roading. Very light shoe, great sole pattern that grips well even in loose dirt. Very comfortable for me. Not super durable, but for the price a very good shoe. I'm a middle aged guy who runs 3 miles every other day who prefers to run off pavement.

My son really wanted red shoes, and has an odd shoe size - 7-4e. He loves his shoes. Great fit, stylish, supportive. And they are so light. He has Down syndrome and does not tell me how the shoes feel, but he insists on wearing them to school every day, so they must fit well. I felt them on his feet and they seem to fit very well.

Light shoes and good cushioning.True 11/4E.The PL-1 last is great for a snug heel fit because when you are a 4E the heels tend to be wide also and you get heel slippage.Not with this shoe.

I'm a big guy (330) and these shoes have been my nearly daily go-to shoes since the beginning of April. I found them to be great shoes that were comfortable, lightweight and overall great. But it's now the end of September and the soles have formed to the weird gait of my feet and they bevel outward now. Time to replace. Like I said, I wear these shoes nearly every day, so they get a heck of a workout. When I'm on the road, they're used almost daily. I'd say, on average, I use these shoes 4-5 out of seven days a week. And they've been all over the world with me: Seattle, Portland, Milan, Beijing, Florence, Manila, Geneva, Las Vegas and London. They've walked me hundreds, if not thousands, of miles.

I got a 1/2 size bigger than usual for my wide foot. After about 2-3 days they started to break in and are now really comfortable. Insoles are pretty thin, but for me that works. I would recommend these for walking, jogging or just for a comfortable pair of shoes.

I love these shoes. I have had them for a month now. They are better than my last New Balance pair. I have an extra wide foot and they are very comfortable and fit correctly.

I haven't had these shoes for very long but they are super comfortable right out of the gate. I still have a pair of New Balances from 3 years ago so I doubt durability will be an issue.

I have a fast growing ten year old boy, and these shoes have been put to the test. He wears them everywhere: school, play, other activities. They have held up very well. He has a very wide foot; we did not order the wide since he is now in the "men's" sizes, and he tells me that these are the most comfortable running shoes he's ever had.

This shoe is light and extremely comfortable. I am an older woman who walks mostly on trails. My feet have always been wide and are now wider. Women's walking shoes only go to 2E and can be extremely costly. So I tried this shoe, first in the 2E, which didn't work, and then in the 4E which is perfect. The insole is thin. This didn't matter to me because I wear orthotics. But you can replace the insole if you want more cushion or support. It is very reasonably priced and you can spend some of the money you saved on a better insole. The upper is fabric and I haven't had the shoe long enough to know how well it will hold up over time. If you regularly use trails with lots of rocks and roots, you might want something sturdier. For me, I love this shoe. It's roomy in the toe box and it doesn't slip in the heel. I am putting another pair on my wish list as a replacement when these wear out.

Exactly what I expected. They are a fun color (BRIGHT) and they are super comfortable. I bought these for kick around shoes and I feel that they are perfect for this.

Very comfortable and very light. I love the blue and orange color too. Go Thunder! The insole is a little on the thin side so you may need to buy an insole after a little while. All in all a great shoe!

I bought these to train for and run in a Tough Mudder. They are comfortable to run in after adding a running insole. Performance in the mud was beyond what I could have expected. The soles gripped with the traction of a half-track.

I like the New Balance brand the most. I am hoping you come up with some lace-up sandals that are wide in the width.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable, true to size. I wore them for the first time and it felt like I wasn't wearing anything on my feet. They feel very light. Definitely the best pair of sneakers I ever had.

Zappos delivers again! This is my first pair of New Balance and I'm thrilled with them. I'm on my feet all day at work and I needed something fast and affordable to replace my worn out Brooks. Zappos had these on sale and I am so impressed with my purchase. Lightweight and comfortable pair of kicks. Never knew a WIDE pair of shoes could be so slimming. My girlfriend brags about how skinny my feet look in them. Love them!

Bought these for my husband and he finds them very comfortable and good for everyday and at the gym. The other pair we bought, also New Balance, had to be returned since he said the toe box was too tight on those. These fit much better. They look nice too, the grey makes them not too obtrusive, but the other colors keep them interesting.

Very light. Comfortable out of the box. Sizing perfect. Would definately purchase again.

I almost always buy New Balance as I wear a 9.5 4E These are the best ever I have purchased! Light and excellent ventilation, just awesome. If you are a very heavy walker or runner, you might just add a gel insole. But if you are easy on your feet, this is a great shoe right off the shelf! Excellent heel cup, ample lacing and a great full tongue...I am sold on these!

Love these shoes! I bought these not knowing the size or how they felt, but they worked out. They are comfortable and have a very soft sole.

I bought these shoes because I signed up for a Spartan Race & needed good drainage and treads - not to mention good fit. My race is on the near horizon still, but I have worn these shoes in a few trail runs & during my workouts. I have been extremely happy with their fit and traction so far.

I purchased these shoes for outdoor training. My goal when purchasing these was to find a shoe soft enough that they wouldn't cause blisters but sturdy enough to hold form under training conditions. They are perfect. They are very light, good tread, decent arch, perfect fit. Sturdy enough to handle lateral moves and not allow slips. Had them for about a month and have not had any issues using them a few hours a day for running, jumping, etc. I have a flat foot and wear a size 15 Narrow. I'm very pleased and of course the delivery was faster than I expected!
