These are great, I don't like having to put on a pair of boots but like how they look and these go on and off quickly and easily. My pair look more grey than the photo here but not bad. No arch support or cushion so don't plan on being on your feet all day.

Nice shoe and comfortable to walk in right from the box. However, the back pull off tab ripped off after wearing the shoe ten times.

My issue is the color - this beautiful brown that is in the pictures is nothing like the green-brown the boots actually are. The real color is muted and dull, and rather unfortunate, because the style is nice and the boots are pretty comfortable.

Many months ago I ordered these boots. After wearing them for a week or so, there was a manufacturing problem where the metal eyelet would pop out of the leather. I contacted Zappos, returned them for a refund, then ordered another pair, thinking it was a one-off defect. At first, the replacement pair seemed to be much better. But now, after three months of normal usage, the same problem is occurring. The square eyelets on both shoes of both order pop out with regularity, and they have sharp edges too! Now that I have seen this problem on two orders and four boots, I can only recommend against buying these boots, unless you are the kind of wearer that does not tie your shoes.

Right. So I've had these shoes for just over a year and while they still feel great and, for the most part, look great...they're falling apart. The crepe sole of the shoe is pretty much worn through, the sole on the heel is coming detached, the inner lining was torn up after one weekend of use and now a year later is just...rags. The final blaaaaaaaah came when the stitching that literally holds the heel box of the shoe together just burst. I'll admit this is a super comfortable and great looking shoe, but two seasons of use shouldn't leave it in pieces.

Husband loves these shoes but after just a month of wearing the sole is coming unglued on one of the heels. I'd like a replacement but not if this is a common occurrence. I would expect this of cheaper shoes. We didn't save the box. Are we stuck with these?!

I wear a size 12 normally and order a size 12 but they are WAY too small, couldn't even get my foot in the shoe.

These boots were a big disappointment to me. The color is a bit off from the picture (someone else stated they are more "gray" and I think that is the best way to describe it). These boots are really narrow, both in their fit and appearance. I don't dispute their claim that these are made from high-quality leather, but they feel like cardboard. The back of the shoes dig into the back of my ankles. Also the laces are not long enough.

Shoe felt bulky and wide, no arch support. Least enjoyed the eyelets. The lower ones were circular, but the top eyelet was a square. I assume this was done for fashion reasons, however...the square eyelet had two problems. It quickly pulled out of the leather on one side, and it had sharp interior edges which frayed the laces. Overall a bad design that I regret buying.

I have owned these shoes for about a month and wear them in an office setting. They look very nice and leather seems to be decent quality. In the rest of the shoe, however, the quality is lacking. One eyelet on each shoe has already fallen off and the rubber on both heels is peeling back. Unacceptable for a boot in this price range. I own another pair of bedstu boots and have had no problems.
