These French Sole Jigsaw shoes are extremely comfortable and stylish. They are consistently true to size. I have purchased eight pairs in different colors and love them all.

I love this shoe. The beautiful styling of this shoe as well as the soft buttery feel of the leather make this shoe a standout for comfort and wearability. If it had more support, it would be my all time favorite shoe to wear everywhere.

Fit well. I am ordering another pair because I have worn them so much, they are now looking a bit ratty.

These are one of my favorite shoes of all time! I have them in black, and ordered another pair once they started to show wear and tear. Considered having a shoemaker replicate them, because they are so wonderful! Such a better value than the Chloe shoe with ruffle detail. These are lovely.

Very happy with this purchase. Ordered my typical size 9 in the taupe nappa color. Online the taupe looked like a "blush" tone (pinky/taupe) but upon receipt it is a true taupe with gold undertones (at least to my eyes). Actually love the color because it is a true nude/basic and elongates the leg (tough in a flat!). This goes with everything. Thanks to another reviewer, I found these as a more affordable alternative to the Chole which I'd been coveting! Fit is comfortable although not a lot of support. A great basic and will likely look for another pair in Fall colors when the season changes.

I love these flats. I normally wear an 8M, but given some of the other reviews for this brand I bought both the 8 and 8.5. The 8.5 were definitely too big, so I returned them. The 8's initially felt a little bit small but are definitely the right size for me and have gotten more comfortable in just 2 wearings. They are a rounded toe, so they'll never be as comfortable as a pair of sneakers, but they are a great flat option for work.

These are my second pair and I love them. I thought I was ordering more of a platinum color but this soft gold looks so pretty and perfect for a casual summer evening. I live in 4" heels but sometimes you just have to give your feet a break. These are an exact copy of a pair made by Chloe which are double the price. I have them now in black and this color might have to get one more pair in the blue!!!

Extremely happy with these flats. I find them to be the most true-to-size French Sole shoe compared to the Sloop or Zeppa. These are more of a traditional flat rather than the scrunchy ballet style. The shape is slender and flattering, with very little or no toe cleavage showing. The leather is buttery soft. The scallop cutaways actually prevent some foot paint because they give less pressure to the top of the foot. I got the Black Nappa, which looks very refined and classic, and would buy other colors if they are available.

Ordering my French Sole Jigsaw flats was never easier. Zappos makes the whole purchasing process so easy. I love my new shoes. They are stylish, and chic. Zappos made it happen. I am and continue to be a loyal Zappos customer.

A little snugger, shorter than my quilted FS ballet flats, but still a good fit in my regular size. Very little toe cleavage. The blue is an on-trend shade. Worth every penny.

This is my 4th pair of fs/ny shoes. They have always been spot on with the fit, but these are slightly small. They are not small to the point of return as they may stretch out with wear. They are so cute with the scalloped detailing. I have been wanting them for some time, so will they are mine. It’s difficult to find shoes in navy which I find puzzling because navy IS the new black, just saying.

Too tight in the toe area, even though I have another pair of these in a different color which fit great. The sizing is not consistent.

I normally wear 7.8 to 8 and bought this in an 8 and it felt snug. it was the end of the day and my feet may have been a bit swollen but I will go w 8.5

I really liked these shoes but my regular size was too small and the bigger size was gaping on the sides so returned! But besides for the fit they are beautiful shoes!!

I love the look of these shoes and hoped they'd be ideal, but they ultimately aren't a fit. The toe box is too high for me as I don't like the toe cleavage look. Back they go.

This is the third pair of FS flats I have ordered. All have been at least a half size too big. Seems fairly consistent across the line so I will adjust bysizing down when I order going forward.

I’m between sizes so didn’t work for me

I Love this shoe. My problem is not being able to find a size that fits. I feel like Goldilocks. One size is too big and the other size is too small. I’m heartbroken. If I were you, I would buy both sizes and return the one that don’t fit.

Blisters right away on the heel.

The toe box was cut too short and didn't provide any support.
