Ordering from the Zappos website was easy ... I'd been looking for these specific slippers for a year and when my pup ate my lookalikes, I found these on Zappos ... much to my feet's delight!

They fit great and are so comfy and cute. They do wear out quickly, but I’m home a lot and wear them year round. A typical pair (I’ve purchased 3 pairs of these) lasts for about 3 years.

Not only are they cute, these slippers are super comfy; the inside is nicely fuzzy and there is a moderate amount of arch support. The shoes felt a bit tight at first, but the material stretches after a short time and now they feel perfect. Now that Covid has forced me to work from home, these shoes are ideal. The hard sole makes them suitable for wear outside to fetch mail or take out the dog. I had a problem with the first pair I received - the sole was not entirely fixed to the upper. I called Zappo's about the problem and they immediately sent me a new pair free of charge without requiring me to package and return the damaged slippers. I've never experienced retail support that is so responsive and customer-oriented; the agent was delightful and incredibly helpful. This was my first order from Zappo's. Given the high level of service, quality of the products offered and ease of ordering, it won't be my last.

Love these slippers! Perfect out of the box. Lots of room in the toe box, easy on and off, warm, comfortable. I added a wool insole insert just to give me a little more cushioning as I suffer with foot problems, but these slippers are comfortable even without it.

I wear a size 8, and the women’s 8/9 is perfect. Also, the tag some reviewers talked about rubbing them on their heel is no longer there. So problem solved! These look great, are very comfortable, and I love the solid soul so trips outside are easy.

This was a gift for a family member. She absolutely loves this slipper, states that it is slightly too large, but the perfect fit (she is a size 5.5 US, slipper was sized 5-6 US, hence the reason it was slightly too large).

Very comfy slipper and a good price but too big. I wear an 8 medium so ordered the large (8-9), but they felt a full size too big. I wish they would make them in more sizes.

These are nice slippers. Well made, comfortable and the color will not soil easily.
