Purchased the Nike Studio Trainer for Zumba classes. The shoe offers very little arch support. I had to use athletic inserts. Also, tends to slip on my ankle. Not happy that I paid a certain price for these shoes and the box indicated that the suggested retail price was $2 less. They do slide across the floor well, which is what I was looking for. However, they are nowhere near as nice as my Asics.

Pretty good training shoe. Nike bionic or free has more flexibility in the sole and breathability. This shoe is warmer because it is not made of mesh except on the tongue.

This shoe was very tight and pinched my feet. I didn't order up a size, as some shoes seem to require, as I didn't see that being a comment that others made in the review section.

Poor quality, half size too big. I am a 9.5 always in Nike. These ran long. Disappointed all around.
