I love Converse! They transcend to all age groups. I never got into them as a teenager but now as an adult I simply love them. I'm addicted to all of the fun colors. Plus they offer comfort. I wear them with skirts and dresses in fun funky colors just to mix it up a bit. And each time I wear them people stop me to acknowledge how fun and awesome my Converse look. Love them! Now onto the fit: although most feedback indicate that they run big, I would advise if you're in between sizes to actually go up. I wear 7.5. I got the Carolina blue (beautiful color) in a size 7 and while there was ample room at the tip of the shoe, the sides rubbed against my feet and I have average sized feet. So I exchanged for an 8. I then ordered the fun Orange color in a size 8 also - they fit like a gem although a little loose but this is better. Certain seasonal ones are actually offered in half sizes, which I also own in my true size 7.5. But I'd recommend if you are in between to go up, not down, a size.

You have the BEST website, allowing me to choose a brand of shoes, and then narrow by size, and other specifications. Also, when I need phone service, your staff are SUPERIOR to any other. Holy cow Zappos, that was the fastest turnaround on an order ever--overnight shipping! Love it. Can't beat Chucks, have been wearing them for over 20 years now. Love the new charcoal gray. They have always felt about a half-size bigger than marked to me, rather than a full size as the info above states. Still, I'm used to their loose fit so it doesn't bother me.

I purchased these for my sister as a gift. She loved them, they were exactly what she wanted. Note: Converse sneakers run one size large. I had known this from other purchases. How can you go wrong with Zappos.

Love the shoes, they look great and are pretty comfy. Heel is a bit wide for me but heel cup inserts should fix that. Zappos customer service was awesome. The size I ordered was too big and I called that night to exchange them, and had the new, correct size the next day. Can't beat that!

I've had these shoe before. I love them. I love the color, fit, EVERYTHING!!!! I wore them a lot and they lasted. I want to get another pair. I love Converse so much. Great shoes to get.

These sneakers are cute and classic, and pretty comfy for a casual sneaker, but if you like lots of padding in the soles then these aren't for you. I wear a 7.5 in heels, and I bought these in a 7.5 in black and they fit well. I also bought them in an 8 in charcoal since that color doesn't come in half sizes, and I could wear them comfortably, but there was some extra space at the toes and I felt that they made my feet look too long, so I got them in a 7 instead, which was a little snug since the toe box is so narrow, but they are still comfortable. If you wear a half size in heels, then I recommend getting these shoes in that same half size, but if the half size is not available then I recommend you order a half size down for the best fit.

Such fun and cute shoes and very comfy. I wear them practically every time I wear jeans. The upgraded shipping was a lovely surprise as well!

What is there to say about these classics that have not already been said? They are super-cute and fashionable. The green color really stands out. It's a pretty green. I am 40 and was worried I was too old, but now I know you are never too old for Converse. The only complaint I have is that I am a size seven and ordered these in a seven, but they are a bit roomy. I should have ordered them in a 6.5. Definitely a great buy, especially for the price. And of course I received them the day after I ordered them. Fabulous Zappos service.

These shoes fit great. I'm usually a 7.5 in woman's sizing, so I guess they run a little big. The delivery was great! I returned an item and the process was a little slow but it came through before I felt like I needed to call, so I'll go ahead and blame the postal service. Thanks!

Converse has been getting it right for years and I love they stay on top of fashionable colors by season, hence getting these in charcoal grey. I'm usually a no-fail size 9 but wish I'd gone a half size down, other than that a steady A+!

Loved it. I was very excited about getting these shoes; I had a friend who was going to paint the #18 to represent Peyton Manning. Hence, the color of the shoes.

Love them! If you like Converse you will love them to. I have worn the same pair in black for 10 years at least. When I saw them in brown I had to have them.

Classic shoes. First ordered a 13, but moved down to a 12. When I first pulled these things out of the box, they were too bright and shiny. Now that they're getting a bit scuffed up, though, they're getting that true Chuck character. :)

I ordered these shoes for my daughter. She loves them! It brought back a lot of memories because I used to wear Chuck Taylor hi-tops as a kid. Your customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! I ordered these on a Monday night at 8:30 at they were at my doorstep the next day. I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Zappos and I am just blown away by the friendliness of the employees and the speed of the service. If you need shoes, BUY AT ZAPPOS!!

Pretty comfortable for a casual daily sneaker, though you might need to add a Dr. Scholl's pad or something at the bottom if you need arch support. I wouldn't want to be walking for miles in these due to the lack of padding/support either (maybe with good socks, it'd be okay). Speaking of socks, these look cool without socks, but they will get smelly, especially in the summer if you choose to do so. I recommend wearing ankle socks with them. I still love the classic Chuck Taylor style and am glad it hasn't changed much. I ordered the Carolina Blue color, which looks just like the picture, and is the perfect color if you're a UNC fan. Or even if you're not - it's nice - not too bright to be obnoxious, and still neutral enough to wear with most stuff, but not as boring as black or brown. I get compliments all the time when I wear them.

Arrived quickly, always pleased with the speed of shipping. Fits true to size etc. My only warning is that these look much more "Carolina Blue" in real life. The color onscreen is lighter than real life so keep that in mind while ordering. They are a great color and look fine, just know what color you are ordering.

Perfect! They were exactly as pictured - especially the bright color - and arrived right on time. This style runs about a half to a full size larger, so order at least a half size smaller than you usually wear unless you don't mind them big.

Chucks are nostalgia-inducing shoes that are probably to blame for my totally flat feet. Regardless, I'm getting married (in 53 days!) and I hate how my feet hurt at black tie affairs, so my bridesmaids, my fiance's groomsmen, and both dads are wearing Chucks to the reception. (We'll keep it classy for the ceremony though.) FUN bursts of color, comfy, and GREAT for dancing! PS, I LOVE Zappos.com and cannot believe how quickly my shoes arrived!
