This pillow looks like it comes in blue and tan from the pictures. I bought the blue one, and I love it! I bought the other color for my mother, which I thought was going to be tan like the picture. The item description says that it is charcoal colored! And it's not really what I wanted. I will keep it because it's a great pillow, but MAKE NOTE(!) the picture doesn't match the color you are ordering. We both have whiplash from a car accident, and this item is perfect for cushioning any part that hurts!

We travel a lot..I have had 2 back surgeries, and this has saved my back. I use it everyday..it's AWSOME.

I travel with this everywhere. It's comfortable, easy to clean, and easy to transport. It's fantastic.

I bought this pillow on a whim at Container Store. I've always wanted a pillow to use when I'm sitting in my recliner watching TV. Those cheap inflatable things never worked, but this pillow is super supportive and comfortable. I use it in the U-shape - didn't like the other shape as much, but then I don't need that anyway.

I've used this for many long flights and I can't live without it now!

Going to France in September, so this neck pillow will be great on the flight. Once there we are taking a 7 day trip on a Canal boat on the Midi Maud Canal. It will be used as a pillow and neck pillow as needed.

I use this product for travelling and in the office. The great thing about this product is it transforms into back pillow.

This is the best pillow I have ever used. I got some which the neck pillow isn't fully filled with the beads and makes me uncomfortable when sleeping but this doesn't. Even though it is just a neck pillow, it works as good as my own pillow at home. Never have to worry about neck pain when dozing off on car and smelly pillows in hotel. It is somewhat bulky but that's what gives a good support to my neck. Hope it can come with more colours and I will definitely buy this again.

I have been trying out my pillow to prepare for my upcoming 10+ hour plane ride. It is very comfortable and gives great support. I picked it over the other kinds offered because you can transform it into a square pillow, which will be perfect for laying against the window area. Has a handy snapping strip that can be attached to the handle of your luggage. Would like a removable cover to be able to wash it, but since it is a convertible, it isn't a big deal.

My husband & I used these on our flight to Italy. They worked so well that when we decided to take our 2 grandsons to London, I bought two more. We think they are a great product. Improving the snaps will make them even better.

Have not been on my trip, but this is just what I wanted

We bought them for our boys for Christmas, for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. They use them on school sports bus trips, in the car. They are very comfy and it is very handy that they can be a square pillow as well.

We just returned from Ireland vacation. Very glad I decided to purchase this item. It's light weight, easy to use and gave comfort during the long flight.

Very comfortable

I haven't actually used this yet, but plan to soon. Love that it converts easily from a neck support for flying or riding in a car to a lumbar support. I use a lumbar support for my back while sleeping & previously had to pack a separate pillow when traveling, but this is both in one!

Super soft outer material. Was not supportive enough until I reversed the shape a few times; this helped distribute the fill much more evenly. Wish there was a closure for the u-shape to secure it around the neck. Overall, a decent travel pillow.

Eagle Creek luggage is great but there was no support for my head moving forward if I fell asleep in flight.

The tag that attached the product to our other luggage tore off on our first trip with it and the pillows were too bulky to be comfortable.

Not supportive at all. You can pretty much get by with a blanket underneath your head or around your neck.

I took the bag on one flight and it was a nicely made bag. However I attempted to take it on an international flight and it was too big. I am now stuck with a bag I could only use once. I am passed thirty days so I am no longer allowed a return! For expensive items such as luggage this is ridiculous. To not guarantee customer satisfaction I will not recommend and find a luggage company that does. For the price I am sure they are out there.

We just returned from 6 flights through Europe and while really comfortable it was very bulky and the little strap broke on our last flight back to the states which attached it to my carry on. Had to toss it.

I used this product one time--comfortable, no problem, easily packed. It was stored in my luggage (I am a frequent flyer). The next time I tried to inflate it, it has a hole and is no longer usable. Very disappointing.
