This boot seems very durable. I've had them for a few months now. It is very cold & my feet don't stay warm. These boots should be warmer for winter temperature. A positive is that my feet don't get wet at all. They are waterproof. A HUGE negative is how narrow these boots are!!! I do not have wide feet, but it is still a struggle to get them on and off.

Super bummed that these are so narrow and short. My right foot is a little bigger so I always prepared for ordered shoes to not fit, but my feet are narrow and these also feel very tight in the width. Also, the whole folding-over look doesn't actually seem to work IRL.

I bought these in black, the silver finish looks sprayed on the toes and heel. It's awful. Way too gaudy. I took nail polish remover and took it off and now my boots look worn. I love the boots but they are heavy. My other Timberlands that are over 8 years old aren't as heavy. And since these are fold down boots I cut the tongue so that it's easier to put on and off.

I returned these boots because I didn't like the silver on toes and heel. I needed them for work where I need black boots and these just wouldn't work out. Otherwise I did like the way they fit . Still waiting for my credit! :-(

Love the boots but the silver looks as if sprayed on the toes and heels. I hated it. After reading a few comments, I also took nail polish remover and took off the silver on the toe and heels. Now boots look worn in. I'm happy with that. I will be using black shoe polish to buff the boots up. These boots are kind of heavy. I have a pair of waterproof boots from 6 years ago that aren't as heavy.

These really are narrow. My daughter even has a narrow foot and said everything else about the boot was very comfortable--except too narrow to keep.

I bought the black leather ones and when I got them thy looked very different from the description and pictures on the website, there was this cheap done quick brush stroke of silver on the toe and back heel which you can't see at all on the website. I have decided to keep the boot but use alcohol to wipe off the silver and now I like them much better and I got a good holiday price on them. If the silver was shown on the pictures I would have never ordered the boots because it makes them look quite ugly.

I bought these in gray. The leather was too stiff and hard. I purchased other boots so I sent these back.

These boots are hard to get on,and hard to take off. Even though the boots are my size which is wide, the entry way isn't wide. I have to ask for help putting the boots on.

Unfortunately had to send those back. Right boot felt perfect but had a defect- missing a ring eyelet. Left foot did not feel well at all, as if the boot had no heel support. That made it nearly impossible to walk. So my guess it is just a manufacturing defect.

Timberland's quality control could use some work. I tried my usual 8.5W, and could hardly get my foot in the boot. It's a lovely combat boot but back it goes.

I have purchased other timberland womens work boots before and have not had an issue with sizing. These boots fit small and also narrow. They are cute, but returned because not available in a wide option

Based on their sizing chart I ordered the appropriate size. When they arrived and I tried them on they were so narrow that I had to return them. I wish they sold wide sizes online.

I love the look of this boot and the navy was perfect to match my coat, but the medium seemed to be more like a narrow across the top of the foot so I had to return them. I wear a 6 1/2 M but these were just too tight on top.

So I got these boots about 3 weeks ago and have been wearing them every chance I get, they look really good, I had high hopes for them, but find that the right boot ankle is very loose feeling... my left boot fits perfectly with little to no heel movement on walking, in very disappointed it's a huge let down and it's super uncomfortable, after this i will not be buying timberland boots anymore, for this price I'll be buying a better shoe

My daughter picked these out for her birthday. I had them shipped to her and there was an obvious brown stain on them. This is the first time I ever used the web site so I don't know if it's out of the ordinary or not.

I really liked this boot especially the color, however, it was way too narrow. Maybe because of the fleece. I wish Timberland would make this boot in a WIDE size and not just the wheat color. I had to return it.

These boots look good but don't feel good. The leather is very hard and stiff - no give at all. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in a Timberland and I tried sizing up to an 8 in this boot. While I probably had enough room, the boot was very uncomfortable.

Yes, these boots fit me, however it was a fight to get them on. Most of the tongue is attached to the body of the boot, making it hard to slip my foot in. They may not be a problem for people with thin (height-wise) feet. On the bright side, they do run true to size. I have them in an 8.5

They are a really nice looking boot and fashionable, but they are not comfortable. There is no cushioning in the base of the shoe. It feels like you are wearing flats. If you don't mind buying some Dr. Scholl's inserts then go ahead otherwise I would recommend another option.
I'd also recommend:
Wolverine, Carhartt

My feet are cold wearing these boots. I'm wearing them indoors and outdoors and my feet are ice cold. These boots will not keep you warm. I will be retuning them.

The boot is grey. I was shocked when I opened the package. I have never been duped this bad. Very upset. I tried to publish this review MONTHS ago and they would let me. Super weird
