I bought these boots for my daughter and she loves them. Very comfy, room in the toe area and warm. Zappos customer service is always stellar.

I lusted after these shoes last year but they were out of stock. I got them this year and they are just terrific I bought half size larger after reading comments, and since they will be worn with heavy socks, I think that will work out. I have not worn them, except to try them on, as the weather has been unseasonably mild.

I didn't buy these from Zappos (alas, Zappos doesn't deliver to Canada) but I browse here all the time for videos and reviews, and when I lived in California, I bought all my shoes from Zappos. My daughter, a California beach girl, barely ever wore shoes prior to our relocation to Canada. Then snow struck. We had to get boots. She tried on these Timberlands and declared they were the most comfortable shoes she'd ever worn! She loves them and raves about them all the time. She doesn't even wear her snow boots anymore. She puts these on and just trucks on in the snow and ice, with her feet warm, toasty, and having secure traction. Best boot purchase I ever made, and I'm going to get her another pair this coming winter.

So happy to receive my timberland teddy fleece fold down boots in the burgundy color. The color is beautiful and the fit is perfect. I ordered size 8 and it is true to size.

Yaaaasssss! I love these boots. I am a 10.5 wide and ordered the 11 wide and they fit great (if a bit snug). Order a 1/2 size larger and a width wider than you normally would. These boots are comfy, supportive and warm. I'd use them as winter work/hiking boots in a more temperate place, but I don't think they'll make it past November in Minnesota. Overall very happy!

These are so comfortable and there was no break-in period. Love that they are waterproof and the gray with tan sole goes with anything. I usually wear an 8 but it was too big so I exchanged for the 7 1/2 and it is perfect.

Love these boots and I get a ton of complements on them. Also, I ordered my regular size. My feet are normal, maybe slightly wide. I did not order a half size up as was suggested.

I bought these for teen daughter. She normally wears a size 9, so I took a chance and got a 9, despite reading some of the reviews advising me to size up. Although she has wide feet, I reasoned that Timberlands tend to have extra room in them. I should have heeded the advice! Thankfully, Zappos sent the next size up the very next business day and all is well. She loves them!

After reading the reviews I decided to order a half size smaller than what I usually wear since the width only had the wide option this was a great choice.

What a great transaction, thank you Zappos. They came overnight too small, I exchanged for no add'l monies for a size up again overnight and NO CHARGE! I Love them so much. Great for the FREEZING winter.

Boot is so warm! Great fit in the beginning, but when broken in and fleece is more form fitting to foot size, it leaves extra space. I would recommend getting a size smaller, if you like perfect fitting boots.

After reading all the reviews I was truly confused as to what size I should order, but ended up going with my regular size (i'm a true size 8). Happy I did, because it's the right size for me. Large enough to wear thick wool socks but also comfortable and not too roomy with thinner socks. These boots are great - durable and comfortable. I get compliments all the time. Highly recommend the burgundy color.

Love these boots! The color in the image is very representative of the actual color. I usually wear a size 7 and typically 7.5 in boots. I ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Phenomenal purchase! I received them within 3 days of ordering them.

Bought these for my daughter and she loves! them. After a short break-in period of about a week she's wearing them everyday, warm, waterproof and comfy, can't be beat, cute too, expect them to last several years.

Love this boot! It arrived on time. This boot is beautiful. I strictly bought it for myself as a fashion statement. I ordered a size up from my normal I size of 10. this shoe is comfortable as I put it to the test. I did a whole day if Christmas shopping...a lot of walking. My feet were fine, no soreness the next day. They are truly a fashion statement. You can wear them down as shown or up in back like a paratrooper. Either way, your skinny jeans will look awesome. I did take the time to spray them with a protectant just to keep any dirt from sticking. Great investment for the price.

Bought these almost two years ago and I love them so much! I always look forward to wearing these in the winter. I attend school in Pittsburgh where the weather is all sorts of fun -- rain, sleet, snow, etc. starts in early October and doesn't let up until March. After two years of them being my primary winter shoes, my Tims are still in rather good condition. I would definitely recommend a size smaller than the one you usually order. Because of this size difference, my shoes look a little more worn than they are. (Sagging has started.) Summary: These boots are sturdy, warm, and perfect for being fashionable in inclement weather. I always get compliments on them too!

I bought these for our daughter who is a college Freshman in the North Carolina Mountains. These are great for the snow and cold weather. She wears a size 9 and is often self-conscious that combat style boots make her feet look big. These don't, they are very flattering. She loves them.

Was looking for a snow boot that did not look like the typical rubber snow boots that everyone has for my first winter living in NY and I am sold! I just went and tried these on in the store to see how they fit. I am usually a 9 and the sales associate told me to try on the one on display because it was my size. The 9 felt a little big so she brought me the 8.5 and they fit fine. Yes, they were hard to get into at first, but it's not like they run that narrow, you just have to loosen the laces a bit! Ordering a 1/2 size down from what I normally wear (and I sometimes even do a 9.5 in boots for thicker socks, but these have enough warmth with the shearling and a medium thickness sock). The all black is so sleek looking!

I like these boots, water proof, warm and durable. I can get them under almost skinny jeans if I wanted to. Not really skinny jeans but the skinny with a little room at the calf. Just the look I was looking for.
