Almost true to size, fits snug even with thin socks - so snug it has caused my feet to become painfully numb. It fit the length of my feet fine so I don't think it would help to go up a size. Really hoping it's a matter of just breaking them in!!! Visually - more of a narrow boot than Sorels - but cute and warm for New York.

I absolutely loved these boots- was so disappointed to realize they are way too small. I am a size 11 consistently. size 12 not available but I felt this was the perfect boot only if it fit!!

These boots are not as warm and comfortable as I expected. I bought my daughter the Haven Point Winter Boots and they are much warmer and more comfortable even though they were less expensive. They were out of stock so I bought myself these.

they last one winter, I think for that you can also purchase much cheaper boots
Second winter my feet get wet since the sole starts having holes :-(

I like the style and look. I got them in a 10 because I have another pair of Timberland boots in a 10, which fit perfectly. But, these are more narrow towards the toes and I'm hoping they stretch out a little.

I bought this boot because of the style. Unfortunately, there was little to no support for the foot and the laces are spread so far apart that you could tighten them around the foot and ankle which makes the boot shaft buckle as you walk, not a cute look at all.
So beauty without function.

I'm a size 6 and ordered a 6. Should have ordered a 7. I tried multiple times to contact customer service by phone and never spoke to a person, just put on hold. I also tried emailing them twice and still no response so I mailed them back for a full refund.

I wanted to like these, but they are extremely narrow. I had a thin sock on and they were so tight. I do not have wide feet. The leather is also stiff and does not allow for movement of the foot.
Will be returning.

I bought this shoe and was super excited to receive and wear them. However when I got my new shoe I realized that a long crease was on the front of both shoe which was no big deal at first. After trying my new shoe for the first time I realized that the shoe started looking old and the crease was even more visible I was so disappointed, so I had to return because it's like I've wasted my money Never have I had a shoe that creased like that in seconds.

I had decided to purchase a new pair of these boots after having such great success with a version of these boot I had purchased maybe five years ago. The older pair got me through several heavy winters and spring/fall hiking through creeks; they stayed warm and dry the whole time. The old boots are still in good conditon, but I just wanted a new pair for everyday use.
Sadly, I took this new pair through one heavy snowfall (6 inches) and they leaked. Badly. I still gave them two stars because they were comfortable and warm (until the leak). I had worn them for maybe a month prior with no issues through rain and less snowfall. The rating for these boots has been overwhelmingly positive so I don't know if I received a faulty pair or maybe I expected too much of them. In any case, they did not live up to the old pair.

I use this product in very cold weather. I bought it for the express purpose to keep my feet warm not make a fashion statement.
So get with your design department and design a shoe that
does what it is advertised to do keep peoples feet warm.

I followed other reviewers' advice to get a half size larger, but the boot was still too small. The toe box is incredibly narrow, making the boot very uncomfortable for me (I feel that I have fairly narrow feet). It might be more comfortable in a full size larger than my normal. Too bad, because they are really cute.

Bought a 9 for room for thicker socks. I can barely get my foot in the boot with a thin sock on, the boots are so narrow. Very disappointing.

I compared this, sole to sole, with the boots I was replacing in the same size. They were as long, but 1/2 an inch narrower. For the price I paid, I expect boots I can wear, please.

So I never ever write reviews. But for the price of these I felt I had to. Do not buy to protect from cold weather. I would in 10 degree weather with socks and sweater warm socks. My feet were still cold from walinh three minutes.

I was looking for a new great pair of snow boots, warm and water proof. Saved my money and wasted it on these shoes. They felt good at the store, figured i would ware them in but when i actually started using them, there is no flexibility with these shoes and my toes are instantly frozen, super uncomfortable. very disappoint in these timberland shoes. my feet have never been so cold on winter boots. i dont understand.

Got too many scratches on first day itself. Also the skin of the leather shoe is coming off. I would want to return it. This boot is meant for hiking but it got worn out in the first wear itself. Not worth paying so much. I have boots from other brands and i am still using them from last 4 years and not even a scratch.

These are the worst boots I have ever tried on in my life. They're marked "wide", but are more narrow than "regular" width. They're as hard as rocks - no bounce in the step whatsoever, no cushion in the footbed. I could barely even move my ankles. The footbed has rough spots where, I guess, the sole is screwed in? I don't know, but it was awful in there. The color is also off; I ordered "dark grey" but they're more of a muddy brown color. Just... a total lose.
