This is a very structured slipper. Which is great if thats what you need. Great arch support. I was looking forsomething a bit cozier and cute that still had arch support so I returned.

Thought these would last longer. Little to no arch support and footbed wore out quickly. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Cute slippers and very comfy but my feet were sweating in them. I wear a 9 and they felt a bit big so I ordered a 8 1/2 and they were definitely too small. Sending both pairs back.

Love these slippers but depending on the weather your feet can get a bit too warm as they are very furry inside. Also not the best choice for slipping into them right when getting out of the shower as the fur-like material inside the shoe would get all wet and matted down. As far as comfort and support they are excellent! I have planters fascitis and lower back pain and they have really helped in that department.

I’ not quite sure how to review these slippers. I purchased them because they were listed on several lists of slippers that are good for Plantar Fasciitis. I was very hopeful that they would be wonderful. They are comfortable and warm and everything that other good reviews say, except that they make my heel hurt. I can’t wear them without feeling as if I am reinjuring my foot. I think I need a closed slipper rather than a more clog-type. So, I guess I would give them 4-5 stars for normal slippers. I wish I could keep them, but I’ll return them and keep looking.

These are pretty comfy. Wore out too soon though. Bottom not cushioned enough for my taste.

Unfortunately there was a defect in one of the slippers that created a scratchy surface where the top met the sole. This rendered the slipper very uncomfortable and I had to return them

This slipper looks nice but the sole is very hard, even with the furry lining. Could not tolerate with my neuropathy.

Iwas looking for slippers to wear in the house after knee replacement. I have flat feet so needed something with both support and cushioning. These unfortunately did not have the cushioning.

These were really comfortable and had some support, which is nice. Unfortunately, after only five months of wear, they are already starting to fall apart inside. I would buy them again for comfort, but would not because of the wear quality.

Don’t last and should for this price!! I have had these for 1 year now. Everything stayed together well and still look nice but the material inside is all tore up and are painful to wear. I didn’t expect them to last forever put at this price longer than one winter for sure!

I'm a Spenco Supreme Slide super-fan, so imagine my disappointment when my new pair arrived. The upper is now a man-made material rather than the advertised suede and the footbed no longer has grippy spots. The arch support used to be a dream for those of us with high arches and a history of plantar fasciitis. This latest version has less support, is less sturdy, and feels - for lack of a better word - cheap. If you had no point of comparison and were paying half the price, it's a solid slipper. Otherwise, it's a punch in the gut for this Spenco devotee. I wish I'd stocked up before they changed manufacturers.

Faux shearling liner made my feet feel HOT after only a few minutes. They don't breathe at all. And the sole was not that cushioned. Sent them back.

This is a lovely true taupe color, not sand or tan, and I was so happy to get them because my old ones are worn out. HOWEVER, just as I was about to pop them on, I noticed they had been worn. Not tried on, WORN. Yes, they still were tagged and cardboard inserts and wrapping paper were in the box. But a bare footprint was clearly defined-- the heel lining was smashed flat, even the toe "prints" were obvious. Prior buyer had probably worn them around the house for a couple hours or longer. Most returns have been tried on, just as in any department store, but a slipper's lining can't be cleaned like a hard insole. I don't want to pick up athlete's foot or any other foot fungus from a prior customer. Zappos, I love your company but someone should be checking returns other than a cursory glance. These are going back pronto with a note on the box and I hope you don't sell them again to another customer. Very disappointing. I will buy these again when they're bak in stock.

I have ordered over a dozen slippers from Zappos now just trying to find the right pair for my aching feet. The slipper needs arch support, but it also needs lots and lots of cushion for walking on my wood floors. This slipper certainly has the arch support, but it doesn't have enough cushion, so it's going back. If you have carpet in your home, this slipper would work for you.

Slipper is cute and true to size but slipper is cheaper than before. I wanted to love these however they are cheaper than years ago. My mom still has a pair she purchased over 3 years ago and we noticed the difference in quality immediately. Mine feel significantly lighter. The sole feels cheaper. Arch isn’t as pronounced as her pair. They were comfortable at first, then began to feel uncomfortable. I checked the soles only to find out they are wearing down. It’s only been a few months smh. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

I have plantar fasciitis and need a slipper with good support, so I had high hopes for these slippers based on all the great reviews. I couldn't believe it when they came and I tried them on. Let me just say that if I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most uncomfortable things I have ever put on my feet. The interior is extremely hard, both the footbed and the uppers. There is absolutely no give to the suede uppers and they feel very hard and unforgiving against the feet. The footbed is so hard under the faux fur it feels like really hard plastic with no padding whatsoever. I returned them and would not recommend them to anyone.

These slippers were uncomfortable and the fake fur wore out in no time at all. I love my sandals from this brand, but these slippers were not good. Wish I would have returned right way.

Not soft or squishy, these are hard. I have terrible neuropathy when on my feet, especially on firm surfaces, so these feel terrible the moment I put them on. So disappointed because they are so cute, but so uncomfortable on my feet. I thought from all the raves about comfort, that they would be like pillows, but no. I am sending these back and ordering something softer like Freewaters.
