I've had these boots for about a month. They remind me of a ski boot fit, and they were comfortable from the start. Great ankle support.

This boot has good looks, seems to be well built with excellent lacing system. Unfortunately, had to return them due to the fit not being good for me. Seemed to be larger than stated size and I thought sizing down would be too small. I wish they had fit.

Nice hiking boot changed out the insole with a better one, new out of the box went on a 8 mile day hike not too bad for a new boot. I think they will get better as they break in a little more.

THey fit fine. 2 issues. These must have been returned once already because the laces were tightened so much at the ankle that they forced the top of the boot in. It will probably relax some over time, but I wish the people who re-lace these would not do it so enthusiastically. The bigger problem was the left boot 's construction was off. Unlike my right foot, which was aimed straight ahead, the left one felt awkwardly angled. I wore them for an hour or so in the house, and my left foot ended up with a pain in the upper arch. Sending them back.

Size 11.5N - made in Vietnam: I wear a 11.5N in an ASICS running shoe. In actual measurement, I am just over a size 11 (45.5 European). My arches are high and the arch length measured from the ankle (on the shoe store scale) indicates a size 12. This boot feels like the same length as the ASICS with more volume in the toe box. The heel cup has a snug feeI and stays in place when walking. I had a pair of Vasque boots back in the 90’s and the feel is similar. The upper and tongue are well padded but the boot presses at the top of the foot when the laces are snug. This was the same problem with my prior Vasque boots. It is alleviated by keeping the laces loose. The arch support is wanting and I am considering insoles with higher arches. The craftsmanship seems good and I am hoping that they will wear like my first pair. These are not made in China and hopefully will have greater longevity than what other reviewers have experienced.

This shoe is marked as men's when in fact they are women's sizes. I purchased the same shoe in a different color and they were the true size 9.5 wide men's,

Very comfortable and good looking hiking boot - also very good in snow while walking or working, e.g. shoveling snow or walking to the ski slopes. The boot can be laced up very tightly or just keep it loose for comfort.

I returned this without wearing, it was an E width, but felt much narrower than most. This is not a boot for a high volume foot.

No cushioning to the bottom of the foot. lugs came out before they were a year old. not even one at the top that are stressed it was a bottom one. shoe filled with water. was very disappointed in how hard the sole of the shoe was.

The boots are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 12E but had go to a 13W. There is no half size between 12 and 13. I have neurophathy in my feet and lower legs and have to have a good toe box, ankle support and fit. The larger size feels very good, not to large and a very good toe box. I haven't been able to take a long hike due to the weather but I'm confident that these boots will perform well.

I bought these after wearing eccos for 25 years. they are unbelievably stiff. they rubbed two white raised blisters on my shins at the ankle after only wearing them about 3 hours.they feel like Ronald McDonald shoes. there is no padding and no arch support. my feet hurt at the end of each day. they didn't with my wore out eccos. to make matters worse they are now 60 dollars cheaper than they were a few weeks ago.very disappointed in them after all the reviews that said they liked them. cant send them back as I have worn them, yet how are you supposed to know if they work if you cant wear them? I would keep looking if I were you.

I was not crazy about this boot when it arrived, but I decided to give them a chance. They were particularly stiff and hard to break in, with a nagging pinch on the top of my foot that never really went away. Oddly, they kept breaking laces, which ultimately did them in. I went through, I kid you not, four laces in three months of a very light work load (during my slow season), so it's not like I was busting the laces from pushing them too hard. Still a mystery. At any rate, given the relative discomfort and the laces and stitching that had begun to unravel along the side of one of the boots, I gave up and returned them for a different boot. Not a good boot, in my opinion.
