Beautifully made slipper, but it didn't fit because of my high arch. My foot couldn't slide into the slipper.

I love my new slippers! My shoe size is usually 7.5-8 and the 37 fits me perfectly, so I guess they run big. I can wear medium thick socks with them, but they also stay on my feet with no socks. I like the support, and most of all the quietness(no clunky sole)! If you are ordering these, chances are likely that you have a cat. The felt soles pick up pet hair, but I use a lint roller on them.

These slippers were very comfortable and the arch support was a huge benefit. Unfortunately they stretch with wear and widen becoming sloppy on your feet. I hand washed mine and they would tighten up again. Unfortunately after the first 6 months they developed a hole in the front. Haflinger would not warrant them because they were 6 months old. I tried to mend them, but the wool continued to unravel. Basically I bought some very expensive slippers that didn't last a year which is very disappointing.

These are so adorable that I wanted them to work. I'm searching for slippers with arch support. While these technically have some, it is very subtle and comes nowhere near my arch. I'm marking them as moderate arch support, but for my foot the provided nearly none. Given the price, I can't justify keeping them while I search for something I can wear that won't exacerbate plantar fasciitis.

These are cute, fun slippers but they are not that warm and they do not last more than 6 months. The uppers get fuzzy quickly and, most important from my POV, the non slip tread (always minimal) wore off in a few months so now I am sliding around my hardwood floors - and stairs. Not good. Basically they are socks now. A bit more longevity is needed for the price point. Back to my Uggs.

The shoes were adorable, comfy, and warm. I would have loved to have kept them, but the arch support was WAY TOO HIGH for someone with plantar's fasciitis. My feet hurt after just a few steps. I'm heartbroken. I would have loved to have kept them.

There is no arch support. I even called the manufacturer. So disappointed.

I've bought two pairs of these slippers. One pair held up after a little over a year. The other pair has split apart drastically on both shoes. I spent a lot of money on these and I only wear them occasionally. Theres really no reason for this to have happened except that they are defective. Zappos has disappointed me because they refuse to replace them since it's over a year. $80 slippers should last much longer than a year and three months.
