Very satisfied - they look great!! Fit perfectly - a little roomy but I have a high instep so they feel great. Leather is stiff but I can tell after wearing for a couple of hours they will wear in perfectly.

I got these shoes for my little brother, and he loved them! They were very comfortable. Couple of things to keep in mind: 1. these shoes run large against Steve Madden own size guide - downsized by one full size (got 9.5 instead of 10.5); 2. wear with socks - the top of the shoe may rub against your skin and cause blisters. Besides that, awesome quality and excellent look and feel for a great price!

These shoes are great! Very comfy and look great with a casual outfit or for work.

The sole on one of the shoes started coming apart within two weeks of first wearing the shoes. The rubber sole on one shoe appeared to be composed of multiple this sheets of rubber that were becoming "un-adhered" from each other. I reported it to Zappos and their response could not have been better - they replaced the shoes immediately. I'm having no problem with the new ones. It was likely a manufacturing defect on the one shoe. The shoes are very comfortable, fit well, and do not show a lot of scuffs. They did not take more than a couple wearings to break them in.

Great all around. Bought these over a year ago. They have held up great. The leather now has a very stylish distressed and comfortable look

I purchased these shoes for my son to wear to school. He is a freshman in high school. He loved them right out of the box. He said they are real comfortable. I will be purchasing the same ones when he out grows these.

High marks for quality on these boots. They took a couple of days to feel comfortable, but they will be durable and enjoyable for a long time. As always, 5 stars for Zappos service and excellence as well.

This is one of my favorites. They go with anything. I have dressed them up with a suit and have dressed them down with jeans. They have gotten lots of compliments over the past 10 months.

I was amazed when they came out of the box! Exactly what I was looking for... Extremely comfortable after a few days of breaking them in and work great for work or heading out after work.

I got these for my husband and he really likes them! They are true to size. Unfortunately, I ordered him the wrong size and had to exchange. But Zappos is so great with exchanges and customer service. He does say the bottoms are quite slick. But he figured they would be. Great shoe for work.

Bought these for my boyfriend to have a pair of nice shoes and he loves them! He's generally a tennis shoes kind of guy, but says these are super comfortable! Can be casual or dressed up! Perfect!

This is a very basic but classy boot. I cant give an adequate comment on arch support because I have extremely flat feet. Overall I found this boot to be very comfortable and versatile. Great with jeans and khakis. As always thanks Zappos for excellent service.

I had originally ordered these from another website just before Christmas and long story short, they sent the wrong shoes and then were sold out of these- so I did what I should have done in the first place, I went to Zappos where they were in stock and received them within 2 days in plenty of time for Christmas. Always a pleasure! They were true to color shown and true to size. Very nice.

These are well made shoes that are nice looking. Just know that if you think you need a wide, get a wide as these run a bit narrow.

No matter how much I say about Zappos, I do not believe it's enough, it is the best company I dealt with. Their fast shipping and products keeps making me coming back, I have not purchased any shoes from any stores or other websites. I have been a customer with Zappos for a long time and I am so pleased with their services. Quality shoes is what also keeps bringing me back to purchase form Zappos. They sure know how to mange their company, their customer service far exceeds my expectations.

Very comfy. Sharp looking too. Great for city walking. Longer than you think they should be but the fit is superb.

These boots are small and narrow. I went up a half size to a 10 1/2 from a normal ten and they fit perfectly. If you order your standard size, these boots may be too small. These are also slightly redder than the picture. Not a problem though.

Stylish. Can be worn with a more dressy attire. Works with more casual as well.
