These seem to run small verses other running shoes I've tried. I'm usually an 11, but these 11's were too tight. I love the arches and support though, hopefully a larger size will work.

One of the best fitting and most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Bought a second pair as a back-up for when the first wears out. I'm a walker, but I wear these everywhere, even on my longer walks on the golf course.

Asics makes fantastic footwear! Great looking, narrow size available, true to size, and Zappos made it such an easy, convenient purchase!

I ordered a 4E. While this shoe says it is 4E, it is no wider than a medium. Grossly mismarked.
I'd also recommend:

I walk fast using a treadmill up to 6 days a week. I try to get in 45 - 60 minutes a session. I use these shoes for that activity. I have been an Asics user for about 6 years now and have gone through probably 10 pairs in that time frame. I have tried New Balance but find them to be too heavy fro this particular activity. I keep coming back to Asics because they fit well, they are comfortable, they are lightweight and they last long enough for the intended use. I then start using them for "outside" sneakers. I have only one complaint and that is the laces are too short. Just marginally too short but annoyingly short. If the laces were longer, they would get a 5.

220lbs, 6'3" athletic guy. Size 14D shoe in these. Run maybe 20 miles a week on average but also use them in the weight room. I love these shoes. I have a pointy heel that gets irritated by most shoes out there. Not with these. I have a wider than regular foot but these are great. That may be why these always seem to fail in the mesh fabric outside of the left pinky toe. That's how the last 3 pairs of these failed. After only about 6 months each time. I wish they would use solid material in that area rather than mesh. 5 stars if they did. Love the comfort of these shoes. They do get smelly though (I don't have overly-sweaty feet and my feet don't smell). I throw them into the wash. I feel like I could pamper them better and they may last a tiny bit longer but they're running shoes, not ballet shoes. Love these shoes though.

I really like these shoes. I moved to them from a Nike Flex when I started longer runs. Almost immediately some IT-band issues I was having, causing knee pain, went away. I've put about 200k since the end of August on them and still find them very comfortable. They are a smaller, snugger fit. I went up an entire shoes size from my Nikes. My only concern is durability. If they perform to spec I have about 400k left in them, but they are already showing signs of wear.

It took a few exchanges to find the right ones. I love Asics, but some models the medium with worked, for these, I needed a bit wider. I had more expensive set of Asics but they did not fit or snug to my foot as well as these.

Purchased these as a replacement for my worn out GT-2170s. I wore a 14M in the previous shoe, and found the GT-2000 2 model to run a bit narrower than the GT-2170s. Went with a 14W and so far seems to be pretty comfortable after about putting 10-15 miles on them. Styling is decent, nothing too striking. The shoelaces are a bit shorter than the GT-2170s, but I do not find it to be a problem. Overall seems to be a good replacement to the 2170s, just wish the sizing was more consistent from model to model.

I have purchased 5 pairs of the Asics 2000gt over the last 2.5 years (size 13.5, 4EE). I walk 5.5 miles a day 6 days a week. I am a big guy, 6ft 7in tall (long heavy step) 250lbs with a high arch foot. I wear these shoes only for this purpose. Love the shoe! Been getting about 6.5 months or 850 miles worth of walking wear, though the last pair I bought in June 2014 they had changed the design and material in the bottom of the shoe, wore the tread out and had some adhesive failure between base and body of both shoes in 2.5 months or 330 miles, I do wish Asics had not changed the shoe! Still no problem with comfort or performance.

4 months after buying these shoes the right and left heel bottoms came off! They look nice, are comfortable, and my 14 year old likes the style but he is not hard on shoes and they basically fell apart. Not worth the money. Maybe we got a dud pair.

I have been a big fan of this series of shoes for years (GT-21X0), but the GT-2000 2 model leaves a lot to be desired on the sizing front. I owned two pairs of the previous GT-2000 models in size 12½EE and they were the perfect fit. After wearing both of them into the ground, I picked up a pair of the GT-2000 2 in the same 12½EE size, but they are noticeably smaller in size. The sole dimensions appear to be the same, but there is definitely less room inside the shoe even after loosening the laces so much that I only had about 4" of each lace left to tie the shoes with. If I had to guess, I think I would have to go with a size 13 4E to get the same fit with this model. At this point, I am unsure if I will try again with this model in a larger size or just pick up the first version of the GT 2000 while I still can.

I ordered the extra wide in this shoe but the toe box is too small and the laces leave about one inch to tie. They clearly do not want you to have sufficient lacing.

Zappos service is awesome. I was forced to re-order a larger size because the re-engineered Asics GT-2000 were smaller than the immediate predecessor GT-2070. I have been ordering the GT series for 10 years, but the remodeled shoe is narrower, shorter, and is fitted with plastic laces. The plastic is almost inelastic, prompting reuse of old laces. My enthusiasm for the re-engineered GT is modest versus my former enthusiasm for its predecessor GT-2170.

These shoes are cheaply made. They are not the typical Asics that are extremely cushiony and comfortable. These shoes are very stiff, the soles feel like cheap hard plastic. Not pleased at all. They feel like a cheap knock-off of the Asics that I've loved for many years.

A few months ago I purchased a pair the GT2000. Of all of the Asics shoes purchased through Zappos (the last two orders were for Brooks) - these have been the most uncomfortable. The shoes were rated as 4E - but I find them extremely narrow. The material on the inside of the shoes can be irritating if you do not use heavy socks - but that is a problem because of the narrowness. In addition, the shoe/sole are extremely stiff and rigid - and the laces are short and difficult to tie a secure knot.
