So uncomfortable

Beautiful shoes, terrible fit.

I really loved these shoes at first, but within ~3 months of normal use the bottoms were completely worn off. I think I'll have to get them resoled and am disappointed considering how expensive they were.

Another pair of damaged shoes from Zappos! Not buying another thing from this company!

These boots were comfy out of the box and have been my go to shoe this Fall/winter. Unfortunately, soon after I got them, the leather flaps that cover the elastic on the sides sort of peeled back, so the elastic shows now (not super attractive) and then tonight I was out and the entire sole delaminated. Argh! Not cool for a $200 shoe. Very bummed.

This boot was a replacement for a boot I'd loved and worn so much I decided I'd like another pair. The size, though marked the same, was at least a half size smaller than my other boot. I could hardly get it on and off. Perhaps the sizing in this boot varies, since I had the opposite problem (too large) with another pair marked the same size as this pair.

Boot arrived with strap broken and marks in several places on the instep. Although the same size it was much larger than another pair, and had obviously been worn.

I have a pair of these boots that I have loved for several years and I wanted a back up pair for when they're shot, I love them that much. Unfortunately, this is the second seller that has sent me the same style in the same purported size that is not the nice, matte, pebbled hide that the original was but a smooth, tacky leather that feels less substantial, and won't age well. Even so, I would have kept them if they weren't a full size too small after ordering a half size large the way I did last time to get a good fit. Worse than that, the left boot is smaller and tighter than the right one, and my left foot is my smaller foot. The leather pooches outward along the inner side of the left boot, too, as a loose inflated looking area on a boot that's painfully tight everywhere else. So sad, I really want this boot the way they used to make it, even though I had to glue the delaminated sole of one back together, they were that special. Kork Ease has totally screwed up with this cheesy, messed up iteration of what was a wonderful customer for life style in the past.

I bought these booties for my daughter. She loved them.... at first. After a little more than one month of wear these boots are falling apart! The body is coming away from the sole on one side. I took them to a local cobbler who told me they were very poorly made and that he will glue them back together but they probably won't last much longer. I wasn't very happy to hear this considering I paid over $200 for these boots! My daughter said they are comfortable, and she loves the style, but what good is that when they are falling apart?!?!?

I literally could not get this shoe on my foot. The leather pull tab on the back nearly came off in my initial try-on efforts, so I decided not to bother with even actually getting it on my foot. The stretch goring on the sides of this boot is so tight as to be unwearable. Especially for nearly $200, the construction of these boots doesn't doesn't seem all that great (the pull tab started ripping during initial try-on), plus I literally couldn't even try them on. Not worth the struggle or the money. Too bad, because they're really cute.
