I am in between 11-12 in women's and I went with size 12. They are comfortable. I walked around the house. This type of heel is very stable - you do not feel like you're wearing 2½" heels. I bought them to be worn at my basketball games - I am a high school coach. The shoes are dark navy, almost midnight color, but you can tell that it is not pure black. They go with all colors and different kind of outfits. They look great with both pant suits as well as skirts. I like that the toe box is not too pointy and also not boxy - just the right fit. I cannot wait to wear them at my first game!

Very comfortable and stylish! Far more reasonable than the Stuart Weisman shoe I was looking at earlier with the same style.

Saw shoe at another retailer, and loved it, but they didn't have my size and couldn't order it so I ordered it from you. Very satisfied with shoe but it was cheaper at the other retailer.

These are the most comfortable heels ever! The wide heel with the narrow profile is so chic and the fabric is beautiful and unique. They are comfortable for waling and standing. I wear a 5½W and had to get a 6B in these shoes and they fit perfectly and are youthful and dressy enough for church or dinner dates.

This navy is very deep, almost black, but has just enough color to pick up on any blue in what you're wearing, so it's more of an accent than a statement. I find these really comfortable and I'm pretty wimpy about my feet. I got the wide, and they required no breaking in at all.

A very expensive-looking but moderately priced shoe. Perfect for suits and dressy pants. Classy and comfortable.

I have shopped with Zappos for a long time. They give excellent service and if something doesn't fit, I don't have to pay to send it back! These shoes truly are perfect in every way. Perfect heel height. They are a little snug at the base of my toes. I'm either a 7 or 7.5 depending on manu. I bought the 7. Would anyone be willing to comment if the shoes "give" any? Thanks in advance.

I ordered three different pairs of pumps to wear over holidays with a gray dress and a black dress and to a military retirement with a white suit. Returned the other 2 and kept this pair (Zappos makes returns so easy). Vaneli shoes were hands down the most comfortable and versatile in terms of color, I can never find a good looking comfortable pump, but these worked for comfort and are very pretty, color works with everything!

This is a lovely, comfortable shoe. I wore it straight from the box, and it was as comfortable as a well worn shoe! I will always order this name brand without hesitation.

After having foot surgery, I needed a heel that looked professional and classy. This shoe fit the bill--I love Vaneli shoes, and though I purchased a W width to accommodate my swollen foot, they look and feel great.

I would be devastated if Zappos no longer carried these shoes. This is how much I love them! I bought one pair last year. I love them so much, I save them for special occasions. I just placed another order. I usually wear 7½W. For these shoes, I have to wear size 8W. They are extremely comfortable, snug, light weight and elegant. Furthermore, I have wide feet, because of the top of the shoe covers a large portion alongside my feet, it actually makes my feet looks slim! It is a brilliant design both in function and beauty. When I wear them, I wear them for long hours and walk a lot (usually in conference). At the end of the day, I did not experience fatigue. If there is a competition among all shoes, this is the winner for me! Zappos, please do not forget to refill your orders!

Absolutely loved this shoe. Subtle yet sophisticated look. Alas, I have to return it...I am an 8.5 but the shoe was snug and a tad narrow in the toe. I'm going to try it in a 9. The navy could almost pass for black and the heel height is just perfect.

I ordered these in Navy, size 7 W. They were a little snug in the width but seem like they will stretch. Regardless, I fell in love with these shoes. I was not sure whether I really needed Navy even if I were to a dress with Navy to my daughter's college graduation. Also, I'm not sure I'd want to wear these beautiful shoes with two-inch heels if I'm going to be walking in rain and muddy grass. Although it is very unlike me to be so impractical, I may just keep these to waltz around the living room. The texture is amazing and the touch of silver above the heel adds an elegant grace note. I never imagined that me, with my short wide feet, would ever have a Carrie Bradshaw love affair with a pair of shoes, but these were The Ones! Seriously, if you are looking for a stunning pair of Navy pumps, I'd highly recommend these. While the heels are taller than I've worn in recent years, they seem reasonably comfortable, giving balance and support in the right places.

Comfortable, good looking and true to size and width. I wear a narrow size. Bought two pair, blue and black for the holiday season. The first time I wore them, I was on my feet all evening and they were comfortable the entire time.

I love this shoe. The heel is high enough to look fashionable, but low enough to walk comfortably. I love the style of the heal. This is the first time I have ordered from Zappos, but I plan to order again. This sure beats traveling to dozens of stores. The description and photo were accurate, and the size I ordered was perfect.

What beautiful shoes, but they fit on one foot and not quite on the other. The shoes are not the problem. My right foot is just a tiny bit longer. The shoes are made well, nice soles, great looking heels.

Love these shoes, as I love VanEli product line, always a good fit for me, and they come in size 12. nice heel height for a "woman of a certain age" 6 feet tall... don't need 5 inch heels. the first time I wore them was to an all day wedding, and no sore feet! overall, comfort, fit and heel height was perfect.
