I love these shoes!!!! They fit like a glove!!!!! I can wear them for hours without pain. Nicer than pictured and seem to go with everything!!! So beautiful!!!!! They are softer in color than pictured on my computer. Nice shoe and highly recommend!!AAAAA+++++++

I have looked everywhere for a comfortable heel in a narrow width. I even tried other Vaneli shoes but the toe boxes were way too narrow or the sole was very flimsy. This toe box has ample space without looking clunky. It is very comfortable for a 2 inch heel. The sole is sturdy. I got the 7.5 narrow which is my size and it fits perfectly. They were comfortable on the first wear. I hope they keep making this style because I would like to get other colors.

This is a killer shoe, love it. I had to reorder a 1/2 size larger than I wear since it was a little snug in the toe box. A have a fused big toe and I need a little more room in this shoe.

Very stylish, comfortable shoe. I'm pretty picky about the comfort level of shoes as a plantar fasciitis sufferer -- but these I can wear with no problem. Highly recommend for a beautiful, comfortable dress shoe. Seems to be a well made shoe so I am expecting them to wear well.

I rated these earlier, and I do love them but I wore them twice and the plastic bottom of the heel came off. I recommend the looks and feel, but be aware so you don't lose that piece of rubber which I hope can be glued back on....

I wore these shoes at a wedding and they were so comfortable. I love the Vaneli brand. They're true to size and the shoe is classy with the gold trim on the heel. Zappos, you rock once again.

I love these this. There is no toe cleavage. The heel is sturdy and walking is easy and not wiggly. The shine is just right in the taupe color and it matches with a lot of clothing. It is comfortable right out of the box.

I really love this shoe. Finally a shoe that fits my narrow heel and has arch support. The texture is beautiful. It's one of the best looking navy heel I have found.

This is a lovely shoe. I ordered six pair of black pumps to select one for a special event. This ran a close second to the pump I selected (from Clarks). In the end, it went back because the cushioning in the forefoot was less than the Clarks pump. The leather upper is beautiful and the metal heel trim is sweet. Comfort, however ruled the day for my choice.

I purchased these in Navy and they are really nifty looking and quite comfortable. I have narrow feet and they fit great. They look much more expensive than they were, so great value.

I tried 3 sizes. They just didn't fit my feet. People with narrow feet seemed to like them but even though I ordered wide the toe box was too tight and too flat. Beautiful looking shoe but not for me. No arch support. No cushion. Going up a size just made me walk right out of them. I ordered 7-1/2 W. 8-M. 8-W. 7-1/2 W was the best

The style is fabulous. I ordered navy, even though I wasn't quite sure about its "pixelated" look. That's what it looked like on the photos. But in real life, the dots are much more subtle and elegant. Unfortunately, they run very snug. While the size was true, the narrow width was too narrow, much to my surprise. I typically wear a Narrow, including Vaneli, but this won't work. I plan to exchange the pair for a medium and hope that will fit better.

the shoe was worn and returned to zillo by former customer. its dirty and worn. it was shipped in plain box no paper or anything around it. please DO NOT sell shoes to unsuspecting custoners very diisappointed.

Loved the shoes, but they would stay on my feet when I walked. The heels were too wide.

Absolutely beautiful shoe. Very soft leather, foot is not sliding down at all like usually in shoes with a hill. No brake in time. Wore them for hours. Feet don’t sweat. Absolutely gorgeous. And they have half sizes! Got 11,5 and they fit like a glove

These are my go-to heels. I can wear them for hours and my feet don’t hurt. I have them in black suede, plus the navy , black and taupe print. They are pretty, they have a lovely heel, and they feel good!

Very pretty. Love the slender, set-back heel. Cut up a bit higher to avoid bunion problems. Comfortable. True to size.
