These chukka boots are comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day with no blisters. They are heavier than I expected, but they seem to be well made and should withstand regular wear. They do not have much arch support, but there is plenty of room for custom orthotics and heavier weight socks. I searched a long time for a boot to replace my Ecco Chukkas which were extremely comfortable. These will be a good replacement. The leather is soft, but I think they will hold up for a long time. I have very narrow feet, but I can fill up the boots with orthotics and socks, giving me a good fit. They are a bit pricey, but I think they will be worth it.

What an incredibly cute shoe. I had to return it only because it was too small. I know it is an older model and was so sad a larger size wasn't available. Someone with a size 7.5 foot (I am an 8 and ordered an 8) will be quite lucky.

Wel darn. These are adorable. Nice soft leather. Snug around the ankle and heel just like I want them. But my regular size 38 are too short, and my big toe bumps up against the top of the shoe. I would try them in a larger size, if they were available.

I have two pairs of boots and one pair of shoes from this stylish and comfortable company. This one has a thinner, harder sole, which would require an insert for my finicky feet. Sadly,there is not enough room for my inserts, so they must go back.

contrary to zappos' database, this insole is not removable. It's a cute show. Zappos' you're still the BEST. Love your search features esp. removable insole filter.

I did not like the soles of these shoes. They looked as if they have pieces of something embedded in them. Back they go.
