I had to return the suede cement boots. I ordered the last pair and when I recieved them, not only did they send one cement color and one charcoal suede (two different color boots), but each boot was already worn. The soles were scraped. I was so dissapointed. Quality control should pay more attention. They did remedy this right away and sent me a brand new pair overnight with a gift certificate towards my next purchase. The boots are beautiful and comfortable. They have redeemed themselves. A girls gotta have her shoes!!

I was really excited about these, but very disappointed when they arrived. The oxblood color is more like a very dark purple, which was not what i was expecting from my screen. Also, I could barely zip them they were way too tight around the ankle. I have never had that problem before, so it is certainly something with this style and not my foot. Other than that, they were comfortable and felt true to size, and of course, the style was very cute. They are certainly worth ordering, but beware that they may not fit.

This style is adorable but I immediately went back because of how tight they were around the ankles. I usually wear a 7 or 7½ (I ordered 7½) and I could not even zip them up (I do not have wide feet or particularly large ankles). I exchanged for a size 8 and while I could zip them, it was still very tight. There was no way I could tuck jeans in. These are pretty boots but they are not for me.

I cannot be happier with this boot. I have looked for the perfect style and fot and these really are perfect. Ordered the cement and am going to order the black next. GORGEOUS BOOT!

Very nice looking bootie & comfortable. Fit perfectly & goes well with pants or dresses. Would recommend if you're looking for a super cute bootie.

This shoe is comfortable and sexy. Perfect for work or a night on the town. I liked it so much I have it in 2 colors!

These are excellent booties! I got the charcoal suede first, and after just two wears went back for the black suede too. The silhouette is spot on from the zipper pull to the heel height. They're so comfortable and easy to walk. And the construction is beautiful, even the sole looks really good. I've received tons of compliments. Highly recommended!

Love the boot. Great color. But they do run a bit small. Ordering a 1/2 size up.

These booties are so great! Just got them a day after ordering, gotta love Zappos! I have pretty thick ankles, I basically can't ever wear anklets, with that being said these weren't loose in the ankles but a great fit for wearing with rolled skinnies or tights and a dress/skirt. I don't love booties that have a big gap at the ankle. I usually wear a 9, I ordered a 9, they are a bit snug but I know they will stretch a bit. Not sure I will keep them because of the price, but they are definitely high quality boots. Aww screw it, I'm going to keep them!

Best booties I have ever owned. Already own them in tan and now I am looking to get them in black. They're the only heels that I can wear for a solid 12 hours and feel no pain. They're amazing!

These are perfect! I wear boots all the time (Frye, J.Crew, Rag & Bone, Jeffery Campbell) and these boots are probably my favorite. They are very comfortable,the neutral color goes with anything and everything and they are high quality! You won't regret getting a pair. I just ordered one more in the charcoal color :)

I absolutely love these booties! I never heard of Joie so I was not sure what to expect. But they are amazing. They are the perfect color, the sole is super soft and flexible (I have no idea how they did that) and I am bombarded with compliments each time I wear them. They are the perfect beige color to transition from winter to spring. You will not be disappointed!

Love. Hope Joie makes more colors. Very classy look and very in style right now. But these I feel will not ever go out of style. This is my 1st Joie shoe. Very well made & comfortable. Very nice neutral color.

RUN, do not walk, to order these shoes!! They are the most gorgeous suede booties and are incredibly comfortable. I received mine in the mail today and I am so happy - not only with the shoes, but with Zappos' extraordinary customer service. I wear a size 11M (though my foot is on the wide side from years of ballet) and I got the size 41. Usually I'm a bit nervous because in European sizing I take a 42 because they tend to run more narrow, but these fit perfectly. My second toes is longer than my first toe and sometimes it rubs the tip of the toe box because of that, but it doesn't in this shoe. It's true to color in the picture (Cement was what I went with) and it's a perfect nude suede. The shoe is lightweight and feels very comfortable to walk on - a flexible sole, almost a rubber-like feel when you step. The heel is the perfect height to give you that lift but also sturdy enough to keep your balance and not kill you by the end of the day. I'm going to treat the suede to make it waterproof and I am so pumped to wear these this fall! You will NOT be disappointed, I promise.

Beautiful, but painful. I have thin legs & ankles, and for the first time found a boot I didn't have to alter the shaft. I bought them for the stacked heal so that I could walk around all day, however, I can't walk/stand for too long in these...and this is coming from a girl that wears heals often. They have no padding in the ball of the foot. I do have a high arch & bony foot, which is often a problem, but when I pay $300+ (for two pairs each), I expect a padded footbed. I've paid half the price for MUCH more comfortable boots. I'm keeping them to wear them to events where I know I'll be sitting down, but the hunt continues for a bootie that I can be out and about in.

This is the first time I've bothered to make a review. Given the price-point of this boot, I was hugely disappointed. The style is hip and current, however, it was stiff and plastic looking. Nothing to stood out as high quality leather. I have beautiful boots today that are 20 years old and still hold their classic style and quality. Nothing about this boot convinced me it was in the same league.

Cute boot with super tight fit! I was so excited to receive these boots and when I tried them on they were very hard to get on! Even though they had a zipper on the side, they were very difficult to slide foot in (even with a thin sock). Once I got my foot in, I could barely stand for more than five minutes before hurting. The toe felt a little loose but the ankle and across the top of my foot was extremely tight...these went back right away!
