These shoes were super comfy, unfortunately the stitching started to come out 3 days after I got them. Zappos legendary customer service offered a full refund and no need to return. I won't order these again, but I will order from Zappos

Feels good, cozy warmth and nice style and materials.

I think this is a good product for its price. Good quality decent slippers. I have been wearing them for a day now and they are comfortable. I hope they will last me a while. Happy with my choice.

Slippers are very comfortable and look good on the foot--not "bedroom-y." The sole is durable, so they're perfect for running outside to get the paper, etc. The first pair I ordered for my husband had an issue with the sole coming away from the upper in only about 10 days of very gentle wear. We're trying a second pair with high hopes that the first was a fluke defect. We've never had a problem with this brand in the past. So overall I'm giving it a qualified rating of 4 stars.

Good value, great around the house. I'm sure there are more luxurious slippers but these work great. I can use them to walk outdoors, the sole is good even in the rain. A little loose on the fit, they have stretched, but it gives some breathing room which I like with my size 13 feet.

I would recommend these slippers for those who do not want to pay top end for slippers. They are not as warm as Ugg slippers and they keep my feet warm with a pair of socks. The sole is great for going outside without getting the slippers wet.

I ordered these for my 84 year old dad. They seem to run a bit small. He usually takes a 10 but I had to send them back. An 11W fit him well. He says they are very comfortable. Since slippers are all he wears - we will know soon enough how well they are made.

I recently had a total right knee replacement. After surgery, my right foot was totally numb, which is making it very difficult to walk. So I'm looking for a very soft sole house shoe that is also easy on and easy off. Pros - easy to get on / off, Wide enough to insert a softer inner sole for more comfort. Cons - Right Now there are none.

Shorter than it should have been, but worse was how narrow it was. I don't have a wide foot.

beautiful slippers . . I bought 2 pairs of these for my husband last year and thought I ordered the same thing. They are too narrow for his foot and sadly have to return.

just to tight on foot

I ordered size 10 as there was no 9 1/2 but I wear socks to bed so I figured it wouldn't matter so I can't really attest the fit. However, I can say they don't have any support. I feel like I am walking on cardboard. I'm not returning them as I don't wear them but a couple of hours a day or less.

The clippers look nice, but I was specifically looking for arch support and it doesn't seem to have much if any.

Sold as 8 3 wide. Was labeled as 8M. Seemed long for an 8 but the Medium seemed correct.

This is a nice solid pair of slippers without the usual memory foam inner soles. But, as is usual for slippers, they don't really provide much arch support if you need it. I had to return them because of that. Zappos has a great return policy. Good pair of slippers though.

Far too snug. Had to send them back, unfortunately. Good looking, snuggly slipper for the right feet, I think.

They are not comfortable. I have already ordered another brand of slippers from elsewhere. I will take these out to my lakehouse..

There is very little padding on the soles.

The slippers were the right size which gave me room for my toes; they didn't rub against the toe of the slippers. However (this is NOT Zappos fault) the medium width was too wide and my feet slosh a bit in them. The fault lies with corporate (NOT ZAPPOS) who absolutely REFUSE to manufacture narrow widths. Well, I guess they can't make as much money for the CEO by selling narrow width slippers/shoes?????

I do like the slippers very much, but the Medium width is still too wide! I don't know why shoe companies REFUSE to make narrow width shoes! I have this trouble no matter what brand of shoe/slipper I buy and I just have to live with it which SUCKS!

They feel pretty floppy. As I wear them they seem to get a little stretched out. I ordered a 10 wide. I usually wear 10 1/2 wide but the length of the 10 is fine but they are loose in the ankle and heel. Not falling off but pretty loose.

They are ok - but not warm enough for cold upstate NY winters it seems

I find the lack of cushioning in the houseshoe to be a cheap downgrade to the style and outside looks. My feet grow cold walking in them with no cushioning. Uncomfortable to wear hours at a time without placing inserts in them. An added cost, thank you. I like the looks of them but overall, I am not impressed and would not recommend or buy them again.

The right shoe felt good, but the left show was too loose and actually slip on my feet when I walked in it
