My boots arrived today and I was so excited to try them on. I ordered a wide after reading some reviews and because my foot is starting to be wider as I've aged. I could barely even get my feet into the boots. I was so disappointed. The length was fine, but the foot bed was so ridiculously narrow it isn't even funny. I have ariat paddock boots as well, and I have to say these square toe boots in a wide width are tighter and more narrow than my pointy English paddock boots! I ordered 2 different pairs, this being the 'prettier' pair and I am sad that these will be the ones that have to be sent back. Also, sizing aside these boots look like they were either handled very roughly or worn/ tried on by someone because they have scratches and rub marks on one of the boots.

These boots are cute but they are so narrow. If you don't have very slender feet, be careful with these. They are so beautiful and I really wish they fit.

I could have gone down to a 5.5 if they made that small of boot in women's. I'm not real thrilled at all with the boots. The shaft is narrow (well I have big calves. They don't fit over my skinny pants. Will have to wear them under my Wranglers. I needed a pair of black boots so bought them. Will keep looking for a better pair. Not much on the market.

I just got these boots. When I opened the box, the same quality and craftsmanship I've always enjoyed from Ariat were present. I put the boot on and also as expected, there will be a bit of a process to break them in. But what is throwing me off are a few things I've never had a problem with out of an ariat boot. Firstly, when did Ariat get on the narrow shaft bandwagon? The shafts of Ariat boots have always been a bit wide at the top and they are just so comfortable. The shafts on these boots rest just below and flush against my calf. That should make for an awesome saddle experience when the rubbing starts. Secondly, this is a wide toe boot, but it's much more narrow in the foot bed and toe than the Tombstone boots I bought these to replace. These are also a flat soled boot, the toe doesn't point a bit like my usual Ariats. The quality and color are superb, everythingredients else about the boot is what I'd expect from Ariat, but I am a bit disappointed that these are not the usual style and fit of an Ariat Boot.

I had my last pair of riding and working boots for 5+ years before it was time to retire them. I bought these to replace my last pair and these boots failed me. They started to crack barely a month into working/riding 40+ hour weeks at the barn. The footbed soles are deteriorating and they're not comfortable to be in all day. For the price I paid for these? I'm disappointed.

Super cute, but way too small. I have always worn a size 9.5W in Women's shoes, and I ordered that for these as they said true to size and the sizing chart indicated they should work, and I couldn't even get my foot in the show. They had to be at least a size too small, if not more. Crazy small shoes.

It has been several and I have not received a replacement. The original boots did not fit and I sent in for an exchange. I was told I would receive the new size immediately, but my boots have long since been returned and no sign of when I will get the replacement pair. Beyond poor customer service.

The way the boots are stitched near the ankles cause them to bend in and they are very uncomfortable. I really cannot wear them.

Inside seams rub your ankles horribly. I reached out to customer service 2X and never received a response - unacceptable.

NO the size does not fit - my foot is 9,4 inches (24,8 cm) and according to your tables I should take a size 8,5. I ordered a size 7 and it is still too large!

These were defective. I've worn Ariats for years, always the same size. I bought another pair of boots with this one which fit good. These boots, although beautiful, I couldn't even get my foot in & a larger size would have been too long, so not sure what happened to quality control on these?

They never arrived so I don't know. Company canceled right before Christmas

I ordered this item 2 times and both times I received an email 2-3 days later that my order was being cancelled due to lack of stock, not back ordered just cancelled. While ordering, the size I selected was showing it was available, when it obviously was not. This was an item on my daughter's holiday wish list, was the first time I was trying to purchase something from this company and am not sure I will try again in the future. The money was held as a pending purchase both times for 5 business days. Once, ok twice. Not ok.

These were for my wife, upon getting them she was a bit disappointed that the color looked much much different then the actual boot. But that's okay I'm confident ariat will return them and help with getting a different boot for her also for anyone getting these she said they run small and are very hard to get on

Boot weren't the right one and boots were scuffed up

Herl seems very cheap. Boots are very stiff. I loved the Sheridan which I wore for years. Looked for a replacement, but sending these back. Disappointed......

I returned the boots over 2 weeks ago and they're in your warehouse but I still haven't gotten my refund.

I have had these boots for a while They are very well broken in, the inside has a huge leather seems. They still tear up my legs when I ride. I literally have scars from these boots. And now they are coming unstitched.

Awesome boots. I just wish they fitted my calf a little better so they dont appear so bulky under jeans.

First of all, the seam inside the boot that goes up and down is full on leather, super stiff. I have to wear thick socks for this seam to not hurt me. I don't know why there isn't a lining over the side seam inside. I can't get these things to break in. Very slick bottom.

I purchased two pairs of boots and my daughter didn't like the style and I want to return them but you can't get through to customer service to set up a return
