To be completely honest, the incorrect boot was inside the correct box that was shipped. However complete redemption was made by the customer service team. Customer service line was incredibly helpful and empathetic to my issue. Made sure the return/exchange process would be easy. Also made sure the discount code I used was re applied to my order. Of course the hybrid rancher boot is extremely comfortable. I was looking for something classic and traditional along with comfort being Im on my feet majority of day. Ill stand by this brand for a long time no doubt. Thank you!

Boot barn stretched the in step and still cannot get my foot into boot. Sincerely disappointed and never had this issue with other Ariat boots.

These boots doesn't look like anything like the picture on here. The color is a little darker than the picture and the boot came with a lot of scratches on it. I do like Ariat Bran Is Nama first pair of boots that I get from them. Just wish they would actually put the actual color of boots you are going to get.. I put pictures of the boots I got and a picture of what the boots looks like on their website.

Fits perfectly and its very durable. Working in construction and so far these boots have lasted the longest for me.

Can wear this boot just about any where you want its very comfy and breathable its a very sturdy boot and some would say old faithful its just a regular brown boot that goes with absolutely everything

Shipped with care. My first pair of boots from Ariat. The quality of leather and stitching exceeded my expectations. Only knock is my left foot has troubled getting in and out of the boot. Looks like I'll have to break them in really good.

Bought this boot for work, Im in the high voltage construction industry and needed a nice new pair of slip ons. Came across these because 1 they look great they have a slim profile being the hybrids and they have all day cushion insoles. Great boot looks good and performs even better. The only thing is on the inside of my right boot. Where the top half of the stitching meets the bottom half of the stitching there seems to make an indentation on the inside that puts pressure on my ankle. I sol es this problem by sliding a piece of cloth on the inside to cushion the point of contact. Other than that great boot! Id recommend it to anyone

I haven't had these boots very long, but so far I am pleased with them.

Great boot! I needed a waterproof, non slip boot for work. This fit the bill perfectly. I've had these boots for 4 months now, and am very pleased with them. They are very comfortable, and built decent (mostly). No complaints about the soles, the camps and uppers are holding up extremely well. My only issue is the heel counter, in the right boot has broken. The heel isn't collapsed, but I can hear and feel the plastic crinkling/popping in there. The rest of the boot is great though. With proper care (cleaning and conditioning) these should last a while. Overall, I'm happy with the boot, I just wish the heel counter was built better, as it shouldn't start failing after two months.

Great looking, great fitting boot. Only issue was the mesh liner. It became detached in one boot, making it difficult to remove the boot.

Very comfortable boots, fit is perfect and really enjoy the tread. I feel like these boots will last a lifetime with proper care, only time will tell but I throughly enjoy them. Will definitely keep buying from Ariat if I can afford them.

The boots were fine, but the customer service was terrible. Website said if I ordered the boots before before midnight Dec 19, I would get them before Christmas. I paid $25 for the 2 day shipping but didnt get the boots until Dec 26. I emailed customer service twice asking for a $25 refund since the delivery promise wasnt met and never heard back. The boots were $200. Thats not cheap in todays economy, the least they couldve done was to email me back.

Great boot i would be cautions with order they do run a little big i got a size 12 and its basically 12.5 - 13.

I got some of these and 8 months later the ripped on the seem on the side of the boot.. I thought Ariats where the best boot but cant Help it if they rip 8 months down the road and over 200$ for a pair

These are great boots. They're study enough for work but nice enough you can just wear them around. The only problem is that they're not consistent with other Ariat sizes so when i ordered them they were bigger than I wanted.

Got these boots for my son for a Christmas present He picked them out, so Im sure hes going to be very happy with the purchase!
