Comfortable after first trying on, however the shoe's poor fit was more evident after a day of walking. Narrow for a medium to wide foot, my toes and heels were blistered on the first few wears. Rubber soles are fine, but this line of CH uses a very shiny plastic and cheap looking rubber. After a few weeks, the shoe just doesn't want to fully break in, and walking in these is very clunky and painful despite the rubber sole. Cap is large for the style and makes your feet look like boats. Not worth the purchase even when it was discounted. Cole Haan quality clearly below its price point.

It’s unfortunate for me that I tried to make these shoes work by giving them a break in period of a week, or else I would be returning them. They are horribly uncomfortable, feel clunky to walk in, and just I just can’t say a good thing about them.

Bought for my husband’s bday. This is NOT a wide shoe. Please do not order if you need a wide width shoe. Signed- no bday gift :-(

The heel of these shoes is so tall that it makes walking awkward. The largest complaint I have with this pair of dress shoes is the comfortable factor, they are not comfortable. The material around the ankle that wraps to the front where the laces are literally feels like its just hard plastic pushing into my foot when I walk. I was hoping that these would break in some but its been almost three months and they are the same. They definitely hold up well and don't need to be shined like my Johnston & Murphy's but they are also not in the same league of shoe. My toes also feel crowded, especially in my right shoe for some reason. Overall, they met the need I had for a shoe without a hole in the sole (don't wear leather soles in the winter salt, snowy months), but they are not something I would like to wear long term. I cant wait to get home and take these shoes off most days. Very disappointing! At least they look good.

I would love to be able to review this shoe. Looks great. I ordered the last one in stock. Received it and it looked great. But! I order a WW in width and received a W. Sent it back and no more in stock at my size! Very disappointed!

The back of the shoe is digging into my heal and caused me to bleed.

These were very stiff and ripped apart my husband's feet after just walking a few blocks. Ouch!!!!!

I have the same brand and same model of shoes just different color. These ones are smaller as compared with the older ones. Even when compared to my Cole Haan sneakers 9.5m these are smaller.

I like these shoes except that one of them squeaks with every step taken, no matter the surface. It’s done that since I got the shoes. So just beware that you may find people staring because of the sound...

Shoes arrived with several scratches. They do not look brand new. Returning them due to the scratches/poor quality.

Recommend against buying these shoes. The left shoe was tight on the heel to the point that it caused blisters until the lining was worn through. The right shoe was fine. The shoes look great, they're just poorly made in the back.

Very narrow show for a wide. Do not buy this if shoe if you expect the extra room!
