While I wanted a tough carry-on that was also going to suit my packing needs, I was impressed by reviews and the brand while searching. I liked the luggage immediately when I received it -- simple, stylish, plenty roomy and wheels like a dream! Then I traveled with it. The handle and extension were easy to push in and pull out, but when extended, there was far too much wobble! I expected a rugged and solid extension and was very disappointed. Over train tracks on the street, going in and out of trains, the handle twisted and threw the bag off the wheels. I had to use it standing straight up instead of angled (which is a more natural way to pull a carry-one). This was a travel disaster!

Pros: well made, durable, easy to roll around. Pockets are well laid out. Cons: recessed zipper on front is difficult to access and handle has a fair amount of flex.

What an amazing experience I just had with Zappos! I ordered a Victorinox suitcase but neglected to realize it only had 2 wheels and I wanted a 4 wheeled style. I called and had THE best customer service person. I was able to order a different Victorinox (less expensive than the original one) and have it delivered the NEXT day - even before I had a chance to send back the original one I mistakenly ordered. I was told I would receive 4 emails regarding the old order and the new order and as promised each had instructions, return mailing label, refund information, etc. My refund came on the same credit card invoice as the charge so no calling to ask "where is my refund?" as I expected I would have to. Honestly this experience was better than Amazon (I'm a Prime member)so in the future Zappos will be on my "speed dial." Thank you Zappos Customer Loyalty Team!

This is an excellent product. While small in size, it handles a good deal of volume. The wheels provide smooth sailing & a great turning radius. We live in Hawaii & few retailers will ship here. Zappos shipped to Hawaii free of charge & it arrived quickly. Hawaii residents: Take note! Use Zappos!

I tried & returned 4 other suitcases before this one. This one wins the prize because of the efficient design -- I don't know why so many other carry-on spinners have a weird pregnant bump design, wasting space at the corners & edge of the top while also sacrificing visibility into the corners of the open case. This one minimizes the pregnant look (although it does have a similar basic design) & has nice front pocket organization. Above all I needed it to be as lightweight as possible & have 2 handles, because I have very weak hands (hello repetitive stress!) & can't lift a full suitcase w/ just one hand. So far I have only traveled by car w/it. Hoping it stands the airport & plane test, but can't see why it wouldn't. It seems very solidly built, not cheap or flimsy at all.

I had the prior version and was so excited to see the new version. It is so light and very stylish. I have other products from this brand, and overall have been pleased with the customer service and quality. I was able to fit so much in this bag.

So LOVED this bag. Bought it for a girls trip and ended up loving it so much that I travel with it for work. It is cute, light weight and fits SO MUCH!

Very light. Material is high-quality. Handle does feel a little tentative at times - a slight wobble. Wheels are smooth. Does tend to tip forward when full to the brim and when you stuff front pockets, but seems to be well balanced okay with 80% capacity. A solid bag, great value and worth getting this over the bargain basement ones. Careful with domestic travel, some airlines' overheads are tight fit - scratched up front of my bag trying to get it in under duress.

Great suitcase, but maybe not as durable as it I would have expected from such a fine brand. Within a few days of using it, the handle stopped working correctly. It would require a lot more force to open and close. On closer inspection, I could see that one of the handle tubes had a slight bend in it that was causing resistance.

I ordered this suitcase with high expectations, as I have previously ordered this brand from Zappos. I was extremely disappointed with my order, as Zappos clearly sent a used, damaged product. It might be a great suitcase, but someone else clearly got their money's worth first - wheels were worn, suitcase was dirty, and there were a number of scratches all over it. Really poorly done, Zappos.
