Best shoes I've ever had. I've worn them for everything from farming, to hiking, to a wedding. These shoes look and feel amazing. Can't speak highly enough of them!

I am so in love with these boots. I was hesitant to buy them for worry they would not go with much. They are so cute in person and fit well with room for a heavy sock. I have to use both insoles so that they are not too roomy as I have very narrow ankles. I am usually a true size 7 in women's shoes. I bought these in an AU 5 (women's 8) according to another pair of Blundstone boots I own and these fit like a glove. Hope the size reference helps!

Love, Love Blundies. Can't say enough. I am a heel walker and have worked every job I ever had on my feet and I have tried every she. THese are the best. I would work there if I could? Hire me PLEASE! Love that they have steel toe as they are required at my current job, but I wear these all day sveryday anyway. I do add magnets and some other inserts as I do with most shoes, but the heel comfort is the BEST.

Love the look, but returned them because I ordered three pairs and kept the most comfortable one. This was a close runner up and at some point, I might reorder a half size up. The black/red combo is striking and I love the matte black leather. I’m a small size 8 and this AU 5/US 8 felt small. They were lightweight and didn’t look like Mickey Mouse feet. Was sad to send them back but the “dress boot” style (See the Blundstone site to see which pairs are in this category) fit the bill better for this purchase.

I never write reviews, but after seeing all the positive reviews for this shoe, I felt obligated to write an honest review. I wear a size 8 in Brooks, Fryes, and Docs. I am a 38 Regular in Birkenstocks. I cannot wear narrows in Birks. Blundstone says to buy half size for a wide width. So, I tried these in an 8 and 8.5 (for width) and they both felt narrow. A veeeeeery bad narrow. They hurt in all the wrong places. I don't think these boots will ever break-in. And believe me, I know how to break in shoes and boots -- between Birks and Docs -- I am a shoe breaking-in expert. Blundstones feel like they will never break-in. I would never recommend these boots to anyone, they are awful!! RUN far away from these shoes if your foot is wide. Don't waste your time with these 550s. Not worth it. And what's the deal with the front pull tab? Horrendous. You'd be throwing away your hard earned money. Zappos is amazing and their return policy is the best. Love Zappos, not a fan of Blundstones.

These are my second "Blunnies" and I love them to bits. They are my go-to shoes for the cold'n rainy season of the PNW. Despite NOT claiming to be waterproof, with adequate care they are near waterproof and slip resistent - I've tried it in heavy rain and they kept my feet dry and comfortable. They may be customized for arch support exchanging the insoles of your choice, which is great - I use them with my favorite superfeet inserts and can walk all day in them.

I pulled these out of the box, tried them on, and then got on a plane for rainy New York weekend. Feet were dry and never sore from walking! I have 3 pairs of these bad boys now!!

I am a female of a 'certain age'(60) who typically wears a US size 9. This is my second pair of Blunnies - the first are BL585s. I love both models but these BL1316s fit better and are more comfortable than my original pair. I struggled to find the right size the first time round: Aust. 6 was too large, 5.5 was slightly too small for one foot. I settled for the latter and they've broken in such that they're comfortable enough for long-term wear. However, these 1316s were a perfect fit and perfectly comfortable (especially with the provided insert) right out of the box. I've been wearing them incessantly size their arrival. I love the red panel and soles, and like the duller black leather color. I would've preferred brown leather, but the subtler black is an acceptable alternative. These are great shoes that will no doubt last me the rest of my life.

These might be my holy grail Chelseas. I have Dr. Martens, Merrills, and Danskos in the Chelsea style and while those are all very cool and comfortable, these beat them all. They just feel solid, and the arch support is pretty good. The black and red combo is striking and the translucent red soles are amazing. There is a break-in period, as with all sturdy, quality boots, but it’s not bad. I can see wearing these for years to come.

I wore these with wool socks during the start of the Polar Vortex in Chicago. My feet were nice and toasty. My feet are always cold but not in these. They held up to the ice, wind, and slush. The salt just wiped right off. Will buy more Blundstones! Oh, and I get loads of compliments as well. They also have no problem accommodating inserts for plantar fasciitis.

I'm pretty standard Women's 8M in most shoes and that's what worked in these too (equal to AU 5). I have a bit of a high arch so getting into and out of the boots is a slight challenge but doable. I've worn for short walks and they've been comfortable. If you've never worn Blunnies, it's a fairly stiff leather which is what makes them so durable. I used to have an all black pair and the red accents make these more fun to wear!

My second pair and just great. If you don't own a pair yet get busy. These are exceptionally comfortable. My wife and I even wear them with shorts and no socks in the summer. And throw some wool socks on and you are good all fall/winter. You will love them.

These are very masculine and make my feet look humongous because of the unisex sizing. Even though it fit okay, I am returning it because it isn't very attractive on my feet.

Ordered 9.5 and 10 because I like room in the toe box. 9.5 was plenty! Super comfy right out of the box. Orthotics fit easily. And they look so cute!

I love these boots! Had to send the first pair back and go up a half size and now they are perfect! They are super cute, love the black and red combo! Very comfortable as well!

Love these boots... super comfortable and dig the red contrast on the sole, inset, and stitching. Wish they were a tad easier to get into, but if they were, they probably wouldn't fit right. Small sacrifice for a boot I love.

I’m in love! The cheeky red accent is a standout. I’m between a 6.5 and a 7 and the 7 was perfect for my medium to slightly wide feet. They need a little breaking in, but are already pretty comfortable.

I'm a Doc Marten devotee, but have wanted to try Blundstone's for awhile. I've been wearing Women's US 7.5 for years since I have a bunion on my right foot. I ordered a size 7 based on reviews of the shoe fitting larger. Well, my right foot felt great in the size 7 even with the bunion. The left foot did not as my big toe hit the tip of the shoe. I used a regular pair of socks (not a hiking or thick sock) and they felt comfortable, but no wiggle room. I used the pull tabs to get them on, which made it easy. I am returning these and reordering a US 7.5. I know these will give my left toe wiggle room and I can probably wear a thicker sock. The quality is very good. The leather is not stiff so they should wear in pretty quickly. They are surprisingly lightweight considering the excellent construction. The red color is a nice touch. I'll wear these like I wear my Doc Martens--with pants and dresses and hiking shorts.

Perfect. Comfortable straight out the box. My second Blundstone pair, and I love them both so much. Seriously, I don't want to take them off. ever.

I love these boots. As a woman who has wears a size 12, I have to go into men's sizing. Some say they are unisex but I wonder if the women's sizes are a little narrower. It would help to look a little more feminine on the foot. Other than that I love them. They are super comfortable and they do make me feel like a badass when I wear them.

My second pair of Blundstones, love the red, and super comfortable out of the box. I wore my first pair all last fall and winter to ensure they were all that and stood up to the test of midwestern winters, and they did not disappoint. Look great with black jeans or leggings, or with tights and a dress or skirt with red accents. I have bunions and wider feet, so the rounded toe is perfect, and they don't need breaking in to be comfortable. With the higher-rise models, it takes a few wearings to break in the elastic for easier on and off, but I'd expect that from a well-constructed boot. Now if Blundstone would only introduce additional colors with black or rustic black....(hint- cobalt blue would be nice)

Ordered size 6 UK/9 US. They are amazing. Wore them two days in Barcelona and walked over 10 miles each day. No foot pain. I normally wear 8 1/2 in shoes and wear 9 US in these. Pay attention to sizing. UK sizing is different than US. Awesome boots. Extremely impressed. Great for my plantar fasciitis.

This is a great boot, fun to wear. I did a bit of research prior to purchasing and found the sizing works differently with Blundstones. The half sizes do not make the shoe any longer just a bit wider so if you need a bit of extra toe box room opt for the half size that corresponds with your size. I wear a women's 9, a size 6 would be the corresponding Blundstone size, however I purchased a 6.5 so that I could have that little extra room in the toe box. They have fit very well, I wore them all day the first. They do hurt a bit across the top of the foot, but I have also read that that is common and will break in over time. All in all a great boot!
