All I can say is my granddaughter wanted these boots for her birthday she said they fit like a glove she is very happy if she is happy I'm happy.

These are nice boots that my daughter likes. Her feet outgrow then long before they’re destroyed like her tennis shoes.

Must be fine as my 10 year old grandaughter is fussy as to fit and would not tolerate any discomfort or break in period. She did say the boots require thicker socks. She loved the look; and wore them to school yesterday (including gym) in 80 degree weather.

I love doc Martens and had these in my favorites for a while. I have the black leather boots but wanted to have a different look for different styles so I purchased the black patent leather doc Martens. They arrived the next day!!! I love the look. They are comfortable, durable and stylish at the same time. The fit and size is the same as my other doc martens. My size is usually a US 5 in kids in sneakers/boots but I got these in a UK 3, US 4 and they fit perfectly. They're exactly what I've been looking forward to getting. Thank you zappos!

The boots were a bit snug compared to my daughter's Doc Marten shoes in the same size. We decided to return them and get the next size larger. She loves to wear them.
