I ordered this vest for my husband as a Christmas present and when he opened it, it had a few cuts in the fabric. I emailed the customer service team Christmas Day expecting there to be a delay in response due to the holiday season. I followed up January 25 and finally heard back February 7 with questions about the item so we could initiate the return. I responded about two weeks later and followed up again March 31. It is now April and I have yet to get a refund or a new vest. This process has been so frustrating and taken so much longer than necessary. The vest seems like a great vest and my husband loves the fit, but it is too damaged for him to wear. Truly I am hoping that by leaving a review, some action will be taken since I have reached out to customer service but have had little luck.

Purchased Jan24, black, medium, which still has a relaxed fit, I'm normally a large in upper clothing. The fur lining feels great & well insulated, however while walking briskly, any under garment (a hoody for instance) rides up, creating a draft to skin, defeating the idea off a body 'warmer'. Lastly, the zip is on wrong side, typical to origin maker?

Bought black one at retail location. Loved it so much ordered two others from website. Would buy other colors but Im running out of cool/cold weather!

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because of the double zipper.

Great vest super warm, it is thicker. I like wearing it with hoodies and Henley's. Keeps me plenty warm but doesnt feel overly bulky.

Purchase this for 6,6 Husband in an extra large tall. Terrific fit not too bulky. Much warmer than expected.

This is an awesome vest! I bought one vest at a local store, and liked it so much, I immediately purchased two more online in another two colors. They run a little on the larger size, but not too much. I typically wear an XL and can wear either a large or extra large comfortably. The lining on the inside of the vest and the pockets is very soft and comfortable. And they are very stylish. This is my first experience with Ariat clothing, other than boots, and I am extremely impressed. Ill be adding more to the closest soon!

The vest quality is outstanding, probably the best that I own. The CWP pocket is very nice as well. My only complaint is how long the vest is especially considering that there is a separate big and tall size. I'm 5'9 and the vest almost comes down to my fingertips.

The vest itself is great. It was ordered on Dec. 18th as a gift; paid expedited shipping and it said itd arrive by Dec. 22nd. Waited about 2 days for shipping confirmation; received none which spurred me to contact customer service. First was a phone call and I got no answer so left my # for a call back. Unfortunately missed their call. Attempted to call back, same issue. Waited another day with no return call, tried again and nothing. Reached out via their chat and contact form and got no response which was extremely frustrating. I get shipping issues happen.finally arrived Dec. 26. I sent another contact form requesting a refund for the expedited shippingit was only $5 but more so principle. Again, no response after waiting a week. Thought Id try again bc maybe there was an issue, again after a week no response. Lack of CS is infuriating. Makes me question about what would happen if I had an issue with the merchandise itself. You pay decent $ for a product, you expect some type of response even if it isnt the answer you want. Not bashing the customer service repsIve been there! But the system itself seems insufficient. And I am one to never give negative reviews!

OVER ALL THE VEST IS NICE AND IT KEEPS YOUR CHEST WARM I LIKE THAT I CAN CERRY AND ITS NOT SEEN. BUT I HATE THE ZIPER.

This is the second vest Ive had like this. Very comfortable and very warm. I highly recommend for daily use.

Multiple family members and friends own them and they speak highly. I have tried it in and with weapon access and the comfort of vest itself, I'll be making a purchase shortly I know.

I bought this vest for my husband as a gift for early spring. He has the concealed carry jacket and loves it! So, I thought this would be nice as the winter temps fade. It came in handy when we went to the casino. He loved that he could use the concealed pocket for his wallet, cash and keys. It didn't look bulky at all. He enjoyed the vest because his arms were free and his personal belongings were concealed. The perfect gift!!

I got this vest for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he loves it. It isnt too thick where he gets super hot in it and it isnt too thin where he gets cold in it. He likes how it fits and the conceal pocket.

It was a gift for my husband, he saw it at Cabellas firts but they didn't have his size. I ordered a Large but it was too big, I returned it and ordered a Medium anf fits perfect!
