These felt so large that I thought I'd been sent the wrong size. I wear a six in every Doc Marten boot and/or shoe I've ever tried and these were huge. I compared them to my current pair of 1460 and they are considerably longer and wider. I literally cannot cinch the laces tight enough to get them to fit. I even tried my thickest orthotic insoles and they were still too big. I knew they'd be heavy with the thick sole, but they weigh more than my steel-toed Docs for work. They were like wearing old-fashioned weighted diving boots.
