Service was good and boots did fit.Seem to be a good boot. I like Propet brand shoes and boots. Have more of them.I have my own arch supports.

I have a difficult foot problem which means I always need shoes that accommodate my orthotics. These boots allowed room for those. Also, normally I wear an orthopedic brace on one foot and ankle, so when I am not wearing it I need to be sure the shoe doesn't allow for much pronation. These boots had a snug fit in the heel and held my foot in a good position. I was very pleased with the comfort and security I felt with these. Plus they had great tread for Colorado winter vacationing.

Incredibly comfortable winter walking boots with good traction. I mean really good traction. Perfect for rain, slush, cold. Easy on and off with that great center zipper. I love these so much, I bought several pairs. Good looking, too; but who examines your black boots closely on a rainy day? Highly recommended! Love!

My wife seems to love these boots. She has mentioned a few times how comfortable they are. We've not seen any really cold weather or snow this year for her to offer good feedback on how warm they are but she said they are so far the warmest boots she's had. She is somewhat hard to fit, she said that these boots feel great.

A great boot! Easy in-out with zipper, good support and very comfortable. It has a round toe, so plenty of room and a great value for the cost! I did return for 1/2 size larger!

The Madison mid calf is great!! I have a narrow foot and have a hard time finding boots and shoes in general to fit. This boot is just what I need. It is warm and fits very well along with being comfortable to walk in. I recently got out of a foot cast from a break and this was fabulous to walk in.

Just got these boots for my move to Prescott AZ in January. So easy to slip on and off and the fit is perfect. I like that they are light weight and sleek design. I look forward to wearing them in the snow.

Just what I was looking for! Love the zipper front. So comfortable.I put them on as soon as I got them and wore them out in the cold all afternoon and never got cold feet or sore feet!!!

Nice looking boots however the wide was not wide enough across the fore foot.

Like other reviewers said, I found the heel to be a little wide. Put on some cuddle dud socks and they're fine. I wouldn't go hiding through snow drifts in these, they would pull off your feet because they're not lace on but they'll be fine around town and they don't look particularly industrial so they could go to dinner. I'm an 8 and my foot is a tad wide but not usually wide enough to wear a wide width.

Shoe widths are as marked, but ankle circumference is surprisingly small for a 2E width.

So disappointed! The " true size" estimator said that a 9.5W would fit, but these boots are too narrow, and to small. Not terribly attractive, but that is not what I bought them for, just wanted something good in the snow.

So far, I like these. They did seem a little longer though.

Loved the boot, but it is tight on my toes even though it is a 7 1/2 EE. Maybe an 8 would be better. Have to return

Major benefits are that it is light, waterproof (so far) and comfortable. However, it is not a pretty boot; they make your feet look like Donald Duck's. For this, I am deducting 1 star.

Very comfortable! However, my sock slipped down so the top of boot lining chaffed my leg, causing redness & eventually dried skin. It's taking a while to heal. A solution would be to tuck pant legs inside the boots.

A good pair of boots. Just used in Japan Mt Zao, going through snow and water. Warm and waterproofed.

Water repellent, the wide width was big enough for my wide feet. The only problem was the lack of any arch support. Fortunately the insole is removable. With the addition of a department store insole this is a nice comfortable winter boot. I wore the new boots all day every day during a week-long trip to Asia. Lots of walking; no problems.

I wanted these boots to work and I wear 11N. The narrow was too tight so I exchanged for 11M. The M had more width but the 11 was still too short for my toes, hitting the front uncomfortably. Would need 11.5 but there aren't any so returned the boot.

I bought these boots in 81/W but they are tight I can only wear thin socks with them. They are warm but not warm enough for this Chicagoland weather. I am keeping them but I expected a more comfortable fit.

This boot did not feel wide on my child's (age 12) wide foot. She said it cramped her toes and was uncomfortable even though it was her size. We had to go up half a size, also in XW/E. Another reason we are returning it is that it arrived in the box with a stain. Perhaps this had been someone else's return. The larger size fit well and she liked it.

Not very attractive, very plain. The heel was too low for the pants I wanted to wear them with.

I usually wear 8 1/2 W but I ordered 9 to allow for socks. The boots are still too short. The width is OK but the ankle and leg parts are too narrow and rigid. The boots are very uncomfortable and don't fit me. I returned them.

I've owned these boots B4. Luved them for comfort and practicality in snow & ice. Flimsy zipper. Recently ordered another pair. They have to be returned. Too narrow & tight fitting. What happened? I even ordered one whole size bigger. Disappointed that I have to return them.
