I have w-i-d-e feet and these fit well. One of my tests for shoe-comfort is whether they feel good walking the half mile from my parking space to my office and they pass no problem.

I love the Aravons for their support and their comfort but because my feet swell this style doesn't work for me...have to stay with the Mary Jane style. These are beautiful shoes.

I loved this shoe at first, but the more I wore it, the more I realized it felt a half size too long for me. The shoe is extremely stiff and doesn't bend well for walking, so I tend to clomp around feeling flat-footed! It is comfortable and cute, though, and if I had purchased a half size smaller, the outcome might have been better. I wear a 7 or 7.5 EE and I bought the 7.5 in this one.

I bought these for myself. Love them. So comfortable, but works well as a dress up or down look. Thing is, they are made for using custom orthotics in them, so they are a generous fit. I measure 6.5 wide and got this in an 8AA and it fit like a glove. I know it sounds crazy, but you just can't go by the size on the box with these. I do wear orthotics, but mine are only 3/4 length and very thin, so I don't really need all that extra room. I suggest if you are a medium fit go up a size and in a width. If you are a wide, so up a size and a half and in 2 widths. If you're already a narrow, this is not your style, the more tapper toe Aravon styles will work better. I give it 4 stars just because it is a tricky fit. But other than that it's a great shoe.

These are very comfortable. I have high arches and always look for supportive shoes that are not too nursey. These are a little clunky but I will still wear them with casual dresses and skirts. The front open area cuts in a tiny bit on my left foot due to my high arch, but I am taking the chance and keeping them because of overall comfort and fit.

My toes seem to be spreading as I age so I am looking for wider shoes now.I am usually a solid 8 so I ordered these in an 8W. Unfortunately, I think I'm actually in between a medium and a wide and it's getting harder and harder for me to find good fitting shoes. These are very comfortable shoes but are too wide in the back for my feet and I can't get them tight enough overall.I feel like I'm going to come out of them. If you have fat or swollen feet, I think they would be great.

These have a nice roomy toe box, but the heel is too wide; not narrow as you would expect in a size narrow. If you are looking for a narrow shoe that actually is narrow, this probably isn't for you. There is little to no arch support.

The shoe is wider than normal, especially in the heel. The toe box is also wide (and I ordered narrow width) and appears too "boxy" for me. I'm returning the shoes.

I have wide feet with bunions, so I ordered a size 10WW. One of the shoes was defective: the stretchy part was stretched out and gapped. Since one other reviewer had this experience, I hesitate to reorder.

I love Aravon shoes and have about six pairs. However, this one has a heavy stitched square on the right side of the shoe inside that will give me a blister quite quickly I am sure.

I need the width in the toe box to accommodate my orthodics. But the heel cup was also so very wide that I could not keep the shoe on my foot. Unfortunately I am returning it.

Cute but leather is stiff and hurt just a bit where my foot is widest. Heel slipped. They seem to run large, which I almost never encounter. I wear 10.5 W/11 M.

Unfortunately, the right shoe arrived damaged. The velcro strip on the shoe was ripped off. The strap itself was stretched out. I think someone tried this shoe on and had to yank to off. It has to go back.

I wanted to love this shoe but it really looks like an elderly woman's shoe. It also wasn't comfortable with the insoles out and my orthotics in, or with my orthotics on top of the insole. Sigh. Bad feet are not easy.

Ordered women's size 12. They fit but were nowhere near as comfortable as they should be for the price, e.g, the ball of the foot has no padding at all, and the shoe lacks arch support.
