adorable shoe,great color and style but did not accommodate my annoying hammertoe. Sadly had to return. Very comfortable otherwise. I ordered my usual 7 Wide and the sizing was perfect

I've tried several flats, but they were not comfortable. I'm happy to say that these are not only comfy, but cute and stylish. I found that they were true to size.

Nice shoe. I ordered regular size 9W. The shoe is short and too wide. Returning, but it is a nice looking shoe.

I can stand on my feet for a 8 hours in these and they are still comfortable. Have them in this metallic and a pair in black and they are my winter shoe.

Bought the Cobb Hill RevChi size 7 wide. The 7 1/2 slipped on my heal. the 7 fit well with no sock liner,a little tight with a liner. the 7 1/2 still had a loose heel with the liner. I wore the 7's today barefooted and my feet did not sweat and the shoe felt great.My toe is a little closer to the tip of the shoe than I like to wear shoes,but did not hurt.This shoe has moderate arch support and a nice cloth lining.Copper is a great all around color,I feel I will be wearing these a lot!

Even with moderate arch support, these needed additional arch supports for my very high arches. Still, once I inserted those, I absolutely loved these shoes! Wore them all night the first time out of the box, no blisters, no discomfort. Narrow size fit perfect..

Really nice shoes. I got them to wear on dressier occasions while on vacation overseas. One small drawback is the beautiful ribbon trim. I was afraid to get it wet.

These shoes are so comfortable. I have very wide feet with a high arch.I have an unbelievable difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable.I took these out of the box and wore them with no issues at all .The arch support was perfect and the back of shoe is soft enough that it doesn't cut into the back of my foot. They are really nice looking also. Great for work or just going to the store.

I've been having issues with bunions on both feet and an ankle problem as well, and these shoes wear wonderfully. They provide all of the comfort and support my feet need, and they don't look too "old lady" either.

Loved the shoe but in a 7M which is my normal size they were to short and wide

I couldn't keep these shoes on my feet.

These are my "go to" universal flats. They have good arch support, but I add an aetrex orthotic for more arch support, and fabulous cushioning. This is my second pair. The first pair I wore for 3 weeks in Dec-Jan on a trip to Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile while recovering from a fractured 5th metatarsal bone in my left foot. They are now worn out because they are my most comfy shoes and I wear them constantly. The bronze leather goes with everything I wear and they transition from casual to dressy easily.

I ordered a 7.5 Wide and they are very comfortable. They don't hurt my bunions and other foot issues. They do have gaps on the sides along the middle of my foot which is the only thing I don't like the look of, but it's worth it for the comfort.

I wear a 7 or 7-1/2 and ordered the 7. Too tight on one foot but will reorder a 7-1/2. Very cute and comfortable. Love Zappos. They have so much patience with me!

I loved these shoes from the time I put them on. Have very narrow feet and these fit perfectly!!

I have purchased and returned at least a dozen pairs of shoes looking for the right flat with style and support. I have very hard to fit, somewhat wide size 11 sometimes 12 feet. I first purchased the 12 and the 11W, but returned both for the 11 and they are a perfect fit. What a relief to find these. They cost more than I am usually willing to pay, but they are worth it. I bought them to wear on a trip with lots of walking and I think they will be perfect. They are also very cute—even my teenage daughter thought so!

Really comfortable shoe. It feels like walking on pillows. It is cute enough to wear with skirts. I'm very satisfied. I got this shoe because my heels were starting to hurt. They don't hurt with this shoe.

Extraordinarily large? I am returning it for a half size dowb size

Comfy shoe--I have fluid in my ankles and with the wrong shoe they look puffy. This shoe doesn't do that. They're attractive and unobtrusive.

Great shoes. I can wear them all day on my feel and they (and my feet) feel fine. They are comfortable with good support. My only complaint is that they rub my little toes, but that's a common problem I have.

I have a terrible foot to fit. I usually have to return shoes and get a different size. Not with these! thank goodness. I did order a wider width due to other reviews that said the shoe ran narrow. But, they fit perfect. I can no longer wear high heels and this shoe is dressy enough to wear with outfits that would require a high heel. I am very please. I am always pleased with Zappos and the service they provide.

These shoes are so comfortable! I am on my feet for hours at a time and the padding is so soft that my feet don't ache. There is plenty of arch support, but not too much. It's hard to see in the pictures, but there is sort of a ribbon design across the front and back, which makes the shoe look more interesting but not fussy. I looked for comfortable work shoes for a long time, and after returning many pairs, finally found these. If you need practical, reasonably professional comfort, these are your shoes!

A tiny bit still in the beginning but it has amazing arch support for my high arch! It feels like it's got a bit of a wedge shape so it's very comfortable to walk long distances or all day. It's really cute too, very easy to dress up or stay casual!

Love the comfort and style of these shoes. Fit is true to size and width. Right out of the box they were so comfortable. I was able to wear them all day. The metallic color is not too bright but subtle and looks great with the black trim. Definitely worth the money.
