Love this shoe! It is comfortable and offers adequate support. I wear a 10 1/2 N (impossible to find). I can wear a 10N with a pointed toe. Ins this shoe I got the 11N. It would have slipped in the heel if it were not for a soft suede covered heel pad inside the back. Perfect!

These shoes are just as described and so comfortable! I was able to wear them for the entire day standing on concrete floors the first time I wore them. The shoes are great and so was Zappos' service.

Attractive, comfortable work shoe. I ordered a half size smaller than normal as many suggested, and the fit was perfect.

These are really gorgeous flats. They make your feet look small, dainty, and very feminine. They do not look cheap, and the ribbon detail is an extra nice touch. I may have to order them in both colors I like them so much. I have a medical problem which causes my feet to hurt almost all the time. It is rare to find a shoe that does not add additional pain to my feet. These flats are as soft as velvet inside, and the sole is completely soft and smooth as well, in addition to being padded. They feel really good on my feet. Probably the best flats I've ever worn. I love that they feel good but look even better - definitely not orthopedic looking at all. I normally wear a size 9 (40 European). I ordered these in an 8.5 and a 9. I really debated on which one to keep. I think the length on this shoe is slightly off. I felt that the 9 should have been about 1/4 inch shorter and it would have been correct. The 9 kept slipping off my heel, so I ended up keeping the 8.5.

These shoes are so comfortable! I wore them right out of the box with no break-in. They are so cute, too. Have gotten many compliments.

Cute shoe, but I have high arches and I need more support than this shoe offers.

These are a nice looking, comfortable, shoe to wear with pants or skirts. The shoe that I kept is 1/2 size bigger than I usually would get.

The back of these shoes slipped off of my heels. Granted, I do have narrow heels, but this typically doesn't happen with Cobb Hill. Other than that, they were very comfy.

Really good looking shoe, and comfortable. However, through the mid-section was much too wide. I'm returning it with regret and would recommend it to someone whose foot is not so bony as mine.

I own two pairs of these shoes in narrow. I have back and foot problems, but I can wear these with skirts and dresses for work, and they look all right. Not as great as heels, but at least my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. I love the cushioning these shoes provide.

Loved loved loved these shoes. Cute and comfy, and for those of us with narrow feet, the pinched heel kept the shoe secure - a feature I absolutely adore. Unfortunately they did not have my size - tried a 10, which sometimes works, but the shoes were definitely too small as I had thought they might be, but a girl can dream, right? If they had these shoes in my size they’d be in my closet and well-loved by now.

I bought these in my regular size (7 W) and they fit really well! I wear a wide width, but my heel is more on the medium/standard side. This is the first shoe that doesnt slip off my foot because the heel is too wide. Only thing that would make these better is a little arch support. However, I work in an office settinv where I sit as much as I stand, so they will work perfectly for me.

This is a most comfortable shoe and well worth the extra bucks. They run a half to full size larger than true. I forgot this about Rockports and got my regular 9.5 W. Huge! Zappos took care of it freaky fast and I was sporting the 8.5W almost next day! They are perfect! Comfort out of box. Will need minimal break in as just a tad snug. Would recommend.

This shoe was attractive; but much too wide for my 7N foot. Nice material.

I was looking for a shoe for travel that would be comfortable, durable, and have some style. I am so glad I decided on these! They are exactly what I need for extensive walking as well as going out to a casual dinner.

Comfortable flat; slightly wide. I wore a 1/2 size smaller because of the round toe. Could use more padding; not as cushy as others.

Super comfy shoes! I was a little concerned that they may be too stiff or too snug but I wore them all day (and I walk a lot at work) and had no issues at all! Maybe not the most youthful style, but I’m really happy with them!

LOVE these shoes! So comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day with no problems. I wish they had them in other colors on Zappos! :D

This shoe fits well and is so comfortable. I have a narrow foot which makes wearing flats a challenge. These flats gently hug my foot in all the right places so there is no slipping or chafing. It is also a nice looking, well made shoe. My only disappointment is that it appears Zappos is no longer carrying these shoes! I see no other colors available and I would like more of these. Please let me know if you resume carrying them or has Cobb Hill phased them out?

These shoes are not only stylish, but they are the most comfortable flats I've ever worn. I bought them specifically for a trip to Europe and I walked miles in them with no discomfort at all.
