SOLES FELL OFF! I see another review from a customer who had the same experience I have: the soles fell off! I have also complained to New Balance and now to Zappos; however, they are out of warranty so I am out the $134 I paid for them and what a paid for repair that didn't hold. Sad, one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.

This WAS a great shoe until the soles detached from the upper part of the shoe. They self-destructed after 5 months of occasional wear.

What a total disappointment. They fit perfectly, run true to size. They looked great. Standing in them, even on carpet was like standing on bare ground. The sole was absolutely not there. They could not possibly have any support the bottom felt thin as parchment. I returned them. I have purchased plastic flip-flops at the beach with more support. Shame on you, Cobb Hill!

New Balance makes these? What a disappointment! The shoe fit perfectly, my 8 1/2 wide was indeed an 8 1/2 wide. However, once on, the shoe felt flimsy, like I was standing on cardboard and it smelled like...plastic, not leather. Sadly, I had to return these. I'm a little hesitant to look at any more Cobb Hill after this experience.

I am so disappointed by these shoes. They were incredibly comfortable right out of the box and look so cute (I was tempted to buy another pair in black!), but they totally fell apart within a month. The sole started separating from the upper part of the shoe, on both shoes, and now they are completely unwearable. VERY POOR QUALITY, especially for the price.

This boot was very unflattering in person and made it look like I had big duck feet. The boot didn't stay on at all and the ankle opening was so wide and gaped open so much it looked awful. I can't believe something so expensive was so poorly designed. Going back ASAP.

Comfortable shoe, but unfortunately the brad on one of the side straps (that attaches the strap to the boot) broke off the first time I wore them; so the strap sticks out (this is not minor, it looks really really bad). I don't think that it can be repaired without being welded back on somehow. I would not recommend the shoe for this reason.

I ordered the Pandora in 9.5 in both Medium and Narrow after reading the reviews. I normally wear a 9.5 and am in between medium and narrow with a fairly high arch and narrow heels. I'm keeping the 9.5M -- it fits nicely with thin socks, and I could probably wear medium thick socks with them. The narrow just barely fit on my smaller foot; I didn't even try to get it on my larger foot. The boot is very comfortable, feels broken in immediately, and I wore them all day after I received them. I have them on again now. The merlot is just that -- a burgundy-ish red color. Pretty, a bit different. For the price, these are wonderful boots. Not super stylish or anything, but very nice, very comfortable, and with some arch support. YAY! I'll seal them to make them water resistant, and plan on wearing these low booties all winter with jeans.
