Ordered an 8W which is usually a perfect fit for me, couldn't get it on my foot.

my wide feet did not fit into this sandle

The holes that were punched to fasten it were not lined up. Some were off to one side. I felt the quality was not up to the price I paid for these shoes but needed them for a wedding so was forced to eat the $75.99 for one wearing. They were not comfortable and my left leg and toes cramped and went into spasms that night. I didn't have time or energy to shop for another pair, as I am due for open heart surgery, but it was an expensive one time wearing!

It was like putting my foot in a vise grip. I can just barely wear some WW or EE shoes but not this pair.

I was hoping these would be as comfortable as other Walking Cradles, and I was excited to find dressy silver sandals in a narrow width. However, I returned them because the straps hit my little toes at the wrong place and they were uncomfortable.

I have never had to purchase a width larger than medium/regular. This shoe was incredibly narrow and didn't fit at all

I needed a silver shoe to wear to my son's wedding. I cannot wear too high of a heel so this heel height seemed ideal, and the boxy heel might supply a bit more stability. Unfortunately my heel rose off the shoe with every step I took. There was no way I could walk or dance in this shoe for hours so I had to return them.

The shoes look pretty, however they don't stay put on your feet. I guess because there is no band crossing the foot bridge, the flapped (loudly) every time I walked no matter how tight I made the band.

Very cute shoe. No arch support, and the "cushioning" is really non-existent. The footbed is correct for the width, but the straps are huge. Also, the lining isn't secure--already lifting on arrival. Generally a somewhat shoddily-made shoe.

Not very good quality. Shoe was falling apart at the seams and was not very comfortable in the toe bed.

These shoes are a narrow. They are wide and the strap is too long. Also, they rubbed the sides of my feet. very uncomfortable. returning

Loved this shoe and it felt comfortable - however, the ankle straps were so loose even on the tightest setting they kept falling down. Was no way I could wear them and be able to walk normally, and I have normal sized ankles. Such a shame as if the straps had held up I would have kept them.

My 9N (supposedly) sandals arrived today. In a generic box that said the original box was damaged in shipping. Clearly not true. The box contained TWO LEFT sandals, in DIFFERENT WIDTHS. The one sandal that was my size was scuffed. Fortunately, I wasn't rushed for these shoes! Not cool Zappos. About the one shoe in the size I ordered...length is true, but width runs wide. Pretty and exactly like the picture.

These are pretty shoes but the 8,5 narrow was so wide I could not keep it on my foot. With an open shoe like this one I can't add an insole to make the shoe tighter. I had to return them.

Very comfortable shoes but both heels were badly scraped up with multiple areas of scratches, brown areas, etc. What happened to quality control?

This shoe is very cheaply made. The material is not durable and the shoes were scuffed and the material was lifting right out of the box. I received them today and I'm sending them back tomorrow. For the cost you can find a much better quality shoe from a reputable brand. Forever 21 makes better quality shoes than these, and that's saying something.

I was disappointed. For me, the shoe didn't feel like a Walking Cradle shoe feels, which has comfort and support. This shoe did not have cushioning throughout the shoe.

I had to return the shoe because it was not narrow enough even though I ordered the narrow size. I wish they had been tighter because the style was so pretty. The one star rating was simply because they were not narrow enough for my skinny feet.

I tried 3 different sizes to see if I could find one to fit my extra wide foot. The width at the toe was tolerable, however the straps just in front of the arch gaped in all sizes. It was also hard to buckle the buckle in the tightest hole which was barely tight enough to keep the shoe on my foot. It was such a cute shoe, but sadly did not fit well enough to keep and try to walk in.

Beautiful sandals! I bought the gold sandals for my son's wedding. I have a hard time finding shoes----narrow foot, foot problems. A comfortable sandal---adjustable heel strap, 2 inch chunky heel. Usually, I wear a 7N, but these sandals run small. An 8N fits perfectly. I might purchase these sandals in black too. Zappos, thank you for your free shipping and free returns policy!

Lovely shoe. Wide even for my wide feet. But, the back straps came very loose. Only one hole to tighten but several to make loose. Oh well.
