I just had to post another review for an additional style in the Rose Petals range as BOTH ran wildly inconsistent in sizing and I now understand why at least one person wrote to express surprise that so many people said these ran large. I tried them in the "recommended" half size smaller and they were VERY small and then got them in my usual side in two widths. To mention that they offer wide is misleading as the regular shoe is extremely narrow and I've never had to wear a wide shoe. I tried the wide version and it's also taller with an awkward and unattractive bend to the material near the toes as if they put the piece on backwards--it's as if it didn't get cut to taper toward the toe. The worst part is at least on the wide version is that the top of the shoes' sides truly cut into my foot as it was sharp not because it was too narrow. Overall, I let my entrancement with the little elastic insert at the back of the heel make me try way too many of these--all to no avail whatsoever. I recommend at a minimum you read all of the reviews-pro and con--before ordering and as the shoes and fit vary from pair to pair--you may be one of the happy ones. I am not and am trying multiple other brand instead for a comfortable heel. I rely heavily on Zappos reviews so am willing to post these in an attempt to help others and with Zappos' amazing service and return policy it enables us to keep trying until we find a keeper!

Fabulous shoe! I didn't believe when I read these ran big, so I ordered my normal 12ww and lo and behold, I had to return them for a whole size smaller - 11ww! By all means, buy these shoes! Just save yourself some time money and get them 1 whole size smaller, you'll be glad you did!

I usually wear a 9ww. I tried them in 9ww (way too long), 9w (too narrow), and 8.5ww which seemed to be just right. I took them to a conference and they were perfect until they started slipping off the back of my heel. Turns out the toe box is so wide that as my feet settled in the toe box gave quite a but and now my feet are slipping way forward. I have put all kinds of shoe accessories in them to try to keep them on my heels but nothing has worked. I love the style and really want them to work but I don't think I can fix them. I would consider trying them in an 8ww but I've already spent this much for shoes I can't wear and can't return.

This is a gorgeous high heel that is unbelievably comfortable. Wearing this feels almost like not wearing heels at all, maybe it's the platform. Plenty of room in the toe box and a narrow heel so no slippage.

This is an extremely comfortable high heel. It has a actually normal (not narrow) toe box and great support. The style is very retro and looks great for cocktail party and office wear. This is the first time I tried this brand, and I'll try them again.

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned! I've been searching for this beauty all my life. The toe box is wide enough (I wear a 10 EE), the padding in the shoe makes it a dream to walk in all day, and the 3" heel is high enough to look fabulous with skinny jeans but still low enough to allow you to stride like a model as you walk and to go dancing without losing your balance. Besides all that, it's a gorgeous shoe! I get compliments every time I wear them. As soon as Zappos gets another shipment of this shoe, I want one in every color! And I want some with a closed toe (for winter) as well!

I took the advice of prior reviews and ordered a 1/2 size smaller. These are the most comfortable heels I have ever had on my feet. I have a wide foot and it is perfect. No pinch no slide...hope they come up with a closed toe for the winter. Will be on my watch list!

I have very wide feet (WW) and have a really hard time finding cute, stylish shoes that are truly comfortable to wear for the entire day. These shoes fit the bill perfectly! From the moment I put them on the width was perfect. I can even wear these shoes without the toes socks that I normally wear so that my shoes don't rub my toes. My only complaint is that they feel a bit wide in the heel. My left heel slipped with each step, so my solution was to cut out the elastic band and put gel heel pads in both shoes. Voila, they are now perfect. I'm ordering them in the other two colors (patent red & camel kid) that I don't already own. These are a winner. I can't wait for my styles from Rose Petals.

I have these in the nude color. Ordered my usual size...7WW. Too big! My feet flip out of them now that they have stretched. So...I ordered 6 1/2 WW in black since I do love the looks and they support is great. I wore them yesterday and my feet were killing me by the end of day. I hope they will work after they stretch out a bit.

I wear an 8-Wide and these shoes fit perfectly in length and width. The width is actually one of the best fitting shoes I have ever tried on and the comfort level is the highest especially with the heel height. A great looking shoe. Would definitely recommend these for anyone with a wide foot, no slipping in the heel. Thanks to RP for making a comfortable and elegant shoe.

I purchased these shoes to go to work. They are very comfortable and look very nice. I am actually buying them in different colors.

I absolutely love this shoe! It is just what a was looking for in a shoe to wear with my suit. Looks modern, high quality, professional, and not too wobbly for a high heel. Unfortunately, my normal size was just a tad too short for me and the peep toe was pinching. This is probably due to a crooked toe I have and not the shoe. I tried ordering a size up, but then it was just too big. Sigh. They have to go back, but I sure wish they didn't. I will definitely try this brand again and would recommend this shoe to anyone who doesn't have a problem with the peep toe style.

I read the reviews that said the shoe was 1 size too big, and I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. The half size smaller seems to fit well, any smaller would have been too small. Also the color is a bit darker than the picture, but I love them. These will be my new everyday heels.

Holy moly these shoes are sexy! They were on sale when I spotted them, and although they are a little higher than what I was looking for, the style is exactly what I was envisioning for my wedding in May. Finally, a patent fire-engine red peep-toe pump that fits fabulously! I do have very wide feet, and so initially ordered the 10ww. They came the next day, and upon taking my first step my heel came out and I was oh-so-sad, as they were far too big. I went back to Zappos to exchange for a different size, but I couldn't because the shoe had gone back up to it's original price. So I called Zappos, and spoke to this wonderful rep named Michelle. Since at this point I wasn't sure what shoe size to order, and because there were limited amounts available, she agreed to send me two pairs -- a 9.5w and a 10m -- one as an exchange, and the other I paid for, but at the same sale price from the previous day (to be refunded when two shoes were returned). She mentioned because of the snow and the late ordering time, they might not arrive as quickly as usual and I said, "No problem, my wedding isn't until May so I'm not in a huge hurry." She told me about how to handle the returns, and then stopped and said, "Wait, did you say for your wedding? You're wearing red shoes for your wedding? That is so cool!" So I got both pairs in 2 days, and tried the 9.5ww on first -- still too wide, and heel flipping out of the shoe. I pull out the 10m and it fit rather well, surprisingly since I was sure I would need a wide as I do in most other shoes, no heel flipping up, but I may get something grippy to keep my foot from sliding forward a tad too much. I've been wearing them at home while puttering around and cooking, and they're really comfortable, even after being on my feet all day as a personal trainer who is totally not used to being in heels! The bottom is a leather sole, so is slippery enough for dancing (same with the 10ww) but I don't feel like I'll fall on my bum on hardwood. The 9.5w that I returned, however, had a black rubber sole. Odd! My only beef, as mentioned by others, is that the top of the toe box "tents" a bit when my foot is in the shoe, and doesn't lie nicely across the top of my toes. However, that might be the reason why this is the only comfortable peep toe I've ever tried on, and why a medium was okay! I'm hoping keeping my foot from sliding forward may rectify some of that, but if not, oh well. Back to my awesome rep, Michelle. So after I got the shoes, I received a card a few days later from Zappos. Inside is a hand-drawn depiction of the Rose Petals Prom shoe, with the words "If the shoe fits..." and a nice handwritten note from Michelle wishing me the best on my upcoming wedding. What a sweetie, and what a super shopping experience!

The one and only heel that works for me. I need a wide toe box on one foot but narrow heels. The band in the back takes care of the heel. The ability to select the width gives the wide toe box for comfort. Highly recommend!

I have a very short & wide foot which makes it extremely difficult to find a pair of comfortable professional heels. I had to try on many many shoes before finding a size & style that fit my feet. Thanks to Zappos for their great shipping & return policy, which made my Cinderella process easier. I was so excited to see these shoes offered in a WW & once I figured out the right fit, that I bought this shoe in several different colors & styles. The shoes are very comfortable & I was able to wear them for several hours with no issues.

Love this shoe! it is extremely comfortable and true to size. I wear 11 W and ordered exactly that and can fit my foot it nice and easy and no squeezing of my toes or pinching or falling off my heel. Also the cushion is nice. I can wear high power heels without sacrificing on comfort. I am a big on comfort. Ordered in 2 colors but may order all colors!

I have been searching high and low for a pair of red pumps. With the platform, these shoes provide the height I was looking for without straining my feet. I have wide feet and was excited to see a WW offered, so I purchased a pair in one size smaller than I normally wear. The shoes are stylish, fit perfectly and are so comfortable!

It is true, ladies, these shoes come about half a size smaller. I wear a 10½WW and I ordered a 10 and a 10½WW to test them out and I had to return the 10½WW. The 10WW fits like a glove, however I have not worn them out yet but I usually know instantly when I try on a pair of shoes. These felt very comfortable but need a little more arch support in my opinion. These are sexy shoes so you give up a little arch support in exchange for the great legs these shoes create. What is a girl to do?

I LOVE these shoes. I have a very wide foot with a high arch and have NEVER been able to find a fashionable shoe like this that would fit my foot AND be comfortable enough to wear all day. I am AMAZED at the comfort level and they aren't as high as some so that's even better. Go ahead and BUY these shoes! They are great!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable for a heel. I usually wear 12AAAA in a dress shoe, but I got these in a 11AA and they fit good. My heel slips a little when wearing panty hose. I have purchased at least 6 pairs of other brands, had to send back because too wide. I love Zappos return policy!

These shoes were a true size 10. loved them, but have to return, because of the problems w/ my own feet and knees. However I could almost wear these as the heel doesn't FEEL that high. Really sharp looking on the foot.

These are fantastic. I rarely find an 11 1/2 shoe that is hard to come by unless you want to spend 300.00 bucks! These are so comfortable, they have plenty of room in the toe box have an extra piece of elastic in the back to prevent flipping out of them. I still needed to put a small piece of toe cushion in the ball part of my shoe just a little to much room it did the job with a little extra comfort, you might not need it because there is plenty of cushion there anyway. Great looking shoe going to order them in red to and maybe the camel. Love them there is a shoe God. And Zappos just is the best for service and put up with me sending multiple pairs back to get one actually two that were great for me! At the same time, Wow!

This is a beautiful, comfortable shoe that can be worn all night. Just seriously when you read the reviews and several people say they run big, don't question that fact. Trust me, they run big order a half to full size smaller. I have wide problem feet so I only ordered a half size smaller. If you generally don't have any problems with shoe sizing than go a whole size smaller. Otherwise, I would get ca$h money you WILL be exchanging them for a smaller size! They will slip off the back of your feet when you walk if you don't, especially after you "break them in." I repeat...well you get the idea. :-) I read the reviews and didn't listen, don't do that! Lol, I do love these shoes and they were comfortable and stylish. I love them! Buy them, just not in your normal size.

These are beautiful shoes that in my experience, are comfortable for about 6 hours on my 7.5WW feet. They look great and are very fashionable and quite stable. Perhaps after they are fully broken in I'll be able to wear them longer. Unlike some other customers, I ordered my normal size and they fit correctly.
