Wanted to love these but couldn't. I find with a lot of platform pumps your foot slides forward. When I put them on and didn't walk, they were great. But once I starting walking, my foot would slide forward and my toes would smash up against the front of the shoe. I'm not sure whether any insert could correct this, and I'm tired of relying on inserts to fix shoe problems! I need to become a shoe designer, dedicated to good products for women's feet.

This shoe is not sized correctly. I wear a size 7 100% of the time but this shoe was too big in a 7. The 6-1/2 was too small. There is a huge difference in the toe and heel dimensions in this shoe on both sizes. It is a beautiful shoe and would have been perfect ---style and comfort --- if not for the sizing problem.

I adore these shoes, but I can't keep them from slipping off my heel. I tried to size down, but to no avail. I think the back of the shoe might be too stiff or just incompatibly shaped for my heel.

I wear a lot of high heels, but was looking for a comfortable and conservative pair that could be worn all day. These are not those shoes. Insolia inserts make them wearable, but just barely. I have worn them several times, and am always overjoyed to take them back off. I cannot even begin to describe what is wrong with them. They were horribly uncomfortable from the second I put them on, and I only kept them because I needed them with a black suit the following day. I own dozens of pairs of heels and have never experienced anything like this. The style is reasonably trendy for a basic pump, but no shoe should hurt this badly. Especially at this price point.

These looked nice when I bought them, but the way they fit is very odd. The shoe hits at all the wrong spots, making it look very awkward on my foot. They are always very uncomfortable. Will be returning them as I found some better neutral pump options.

These shoes looked beautiful coming out of the box, and the insoles are very cushy and have high comfort potential. However, in the pair I received, the right shoe was a full size larger than the left. It also had a crease in the leather of the exterior near the heel. Not the quality I expected from Rockport.

Great looking shoe, super soft leather upper, nice padding, but the angle of the shoe did not provide enough support for me. the arch of my feet were visible above the side of the shoe, and I have a low arch.... the heel is high, butI felt it wasn't wide enough to support my weight, which is what the heel should do!

I ordered these shoes in the gray with the hope that if they fit, I would also order in the black suede. I have narrow feet but can sometimes get by with a B width. With this shoe, it didn't work. The 9.5 was definitely the right length but the heel was loose and the shoe wasn't tight enough around my foot. Rockport makes other styles in narrow so I'm not sure why they didn't with these.

Huge disappointment! I ordered a half size smaller than my normal size, and they were still way too big! I had to wear them to a wedding, so I ran into a local store and picked up some Heavenly Heelz (they keep your heels from slipping out), and even with two of those in each shoe I walked out of them several times during the night. My feet were killing me after 2 hours. No arch support at all. I love how these shoes look. but I hate wearing them!

I wanted nice looking pumps that were also in a comfort line however the leather was rather wrinkled and looked cheap. That is a shame because I believe they would have been comfortable. I ordered 8 and they were flopping in the back and thought about exchanging for a 7½ but I prefer a more polished leather look...

I wanted to love these shoes; the leather is great. The shoe is SO wide that you can see the sole around my foot, which I would consider to be of a normal female width. Unless you have very wide feet, these will not work for you.
